When he arrived home, dr. Ammar went straight to his room. Not waiting long, he packed clothes and also important items that he would carry.
His eyes swept throughout the room, making him smile thinly.
“Maybe this is the last time I see my room.”
With firm footsteps and an incisive heart, dr. Ammar closed the door to his room.
In the drag of the suitcase while carrying a jacket that he conveyed to the arm.
He stopped in front of his mother's room. It turns out that the woman was asleep.
“I've prepared it if this happens, ” he said softly. He took out a piece of white paper from his pocket and put it on the table.
dr. Ammar had prepared the farewell letter in advance while still in the hospital. If I had written it at home, he would not have been able to write the letter.
“Sorry, Mother I was forced to do it for my own future.”
dr. Ammar then closed the door to his mother's room slowly so as not to wake her.
Soon after he dragged his suitcase back to where his car was parked.
“Master, are you going out of town?” ask Kak Amla who happened to pass in front of the house.
“Yes, Bi. I have business out of town,” he replied briefly. He immediately put all his stuff in the car.
The car rolled after leaving the courtyard of his mother's mansion. With a heavy heart the man stared for the last time the house he occupied as a child, also the many memories there.
“Where did Mr Ammar go?” muttered Kak Amla, “why do I feel the gaze of dr. Ammar is a farewell gaze?” he stared at the car that had passed and disappeared from his sight.
“Why the number is off,” grumbled Afsha while staring at the phone screen in his hand.
He called dr. three times. Ammar, but his number could not be reached.
“Ish.” Afsha put her phone back.
It has been a long time since the last time the man would propose to her until now there is still no continuation. His heart felt cramped every day at the thought of that, as if it had been hit by a heavy mountain.
But he tried to be patient living it for the future of his life.
“You,” peeked Afhsa was surprised to see who came and it turned out dr. Ammar, “what are you doing here carrying that much stuff?”
He then rushed to the man who was immediately welcomed.
“I will fulfill my promise to you,” said dr. Ammar then immediately hugged Afsha tightly, “we will soon get married.” he added.
Afsha couldn't believe what the man said.
“Your mother approved our wedding?”
dr. Ammar shook his head in response.
“Then ?” Afhsa closed it intensely with a frown.
“I want to elope with you.”
Afsha smiled broadly then leaned her head against the chest of dr field. Ammar. Finally, the long wait was not in vain either.
At night, Mrs Fatima wakes up. The net was glued to a white paper on the table by the door.
“What is it?” curious muttered.
He immediately took the paper and opened it. His hands shook violently while reading the writing that was there.
Even now his body trembled violently until the paper he was holding just fell down.
“Ammar!” the screech was in shock. He really didn't think this would happen, “Ammar, why would you leave everything for the girl?”
Madam Fatima could not think clearly and her eyes suddenly blurred. His 60 kilo body felt heavy and he could not hold it anymore.
“Mistress..” Screeched Kak Fajar who by then happened to pass through the woman's room and stopped when he heard a thud on the floor.
