Chapter 3

Fiona's world had completely collapsed at this moment, she clearly saw the fiance's stiff body was on top of the gurney. For a moment he wished this was just a dream, but reality slapped him in a crushing manner.

This reality is neither a dream nor a fantasy. God really took the life of his soulmate.

Fiona's wailing felt like it was squeezing her heart out every living creature that heard it. He was standing right next to Dave's body. Dave Matthews the man who had just given him the hope of heaven had now left him for all eternity.

"Hey wake up instead of you promising to marry me?"

"Even I've planned a grand wedding with you."

"Wake up baby I love you so much. What do I have to do to get you up?" Fiona said her tears had washed her father's face. Her tiny nose had been reddened from crying ever since.

The clap on his shoulder shifted his gaze. Grace approached him.

"Calm down please, Dave will be sad if you're like this. Release her departure!" Said Grace who also couldn't help but cry. Dave is like his older brother. The man always protected himself in any way.

"No Grace for sure this is just a joke I know Dave must have just cheated me on." He said he was still with a face full of tears. Grace could not see her brother who was so devastated. Enfolded the frail body of the brother in his arms.

"Sister you have to accept all this. You still have me. Don't be like this, brother, you'll also make me sad if it's like this!"

Fiona is silent not to reply to Grace's words. While Grace lets Fiona lean on her shoulders, her brother needs time to accept this. But after a while Fiona also hasn't made a move and made Grace anxious. Fiona faints in Grace's body.

"Don't open your eyes, please!" Grace called out to some people who happened to be there. With a swift Jack who had been watching them immediately carried Fiona's body to bring her to the ER. Fiona is, after all, his boss's dearest person.

Fiona like being in a large garden and beautiful many diverse flowers that grow. Fiona inhaled deeply the fragrant flowers that came out. She was confused as to what this place really was and why she was there.

"Dave?" Call Fiona with her sweet voice.

The owner of the name turned, he smiled so sweetly. Fiona is pretty sure whoever sees Dave's smile his heart will definitely warm up.

"Dave I miss you so much." He said again then he hugged Dave's body tightly as if if he let go of the hug Dave would also come apart.

"Fio look at me!" Dave said as he cupped both sides of Fiona's face. Oh his fiona has overturned his world.

"Go back, baby, this isn't your place." Dave said again he started to wipe away Fiona's tears that were seeping out.

"I don't want Dave I love you so much and I need you!"

"Dear look me in the eye, I'll always be here with you forever." Dave pointed to Fiona's heart.

"I will always be in every blood that flows through your body. You should be excited to live your next life even without me. There's Grace who still needs you."

"No. No Dave. I also need you as my foothold. I'd lose my way if there wasn't you."

"It's a shame you'll find real happiness after this. Please live well."

After saying that Dave releases Fiona's embrace at the beginning of walking into a light that shines through the light of the place.

"Dave wait Dave!" Shouted Fiona who was still reluctant to be abandoned by Dave.

"Back Fio please here is not your place." After saying that suddenly Dave's shadow disappeared in the light.

Fiona cries until a stroke in her arm wakes her from her nightmares.

"Sister...!" Grace's voice rang out. There was a look of sadness emitted by the light of his eyes. Fiona also looked around it turned out that the sun had started to shine on the earth. Fiona could only grimace it was just a dream. Dream if Dave comes back to her.
