Alvonso saw Daddy Alvaro with his four twins Bruno, Brian, Benedict and Briana sitting in front of the icu room as they spoke.
"Who is sick? is Brigitha? what would it hurt?' Alvonso asked inwardly asked.
Out of curiosity, Alvonso whispered something to Michael. Alvonso and Michael walked to the doctor's office and Alvonso wore a doctor's uniform and a mask while Michael wore a nurse's outfit and a mask.
They both walked past Daddy Alvaro and to Brigitha's four twin brothers, fortunately they were unsuspecting and Alvonso and Michael entered the icu room.
Michael waited at the door to stand guard while Alvonso approached the patient's bed.

Alvonso's heart was pounding very tight and his eyes were perfectly rounded to see the girl who had been in his car now in front of his eyes. Brigitha lay in bed and many infusion tubes in Brigitha's body and still faithfully closed her eyes.
Alvonso took off his mask and grabbed Brigitha's hand with no needles and then slipped the back of Brigitha's hand, the girl who had stolen his heart.
"Hallo baby, how are you? What pain are you, baby? you know, I've been looking for you for four years and my heart I'm closed to another girl because your name is engraved in my heart." alvonso said and did not feel his tears came out to see the girl he loved was silent and lying weak.
Alvonso brought his face closer to Brigitha's, Alvonso's mouth whispering into Brigitha's ears.
"Dear, I love you so much. I beg you to be conscious." - shrieked Alvonso in tears.

Tears fell on Brigitha's eyes, making Alvonso wipe his tears by using two thumbs.
"Sir Alvonso from afar there is a doctor, we have to get out of here later we are caught" said Michael.

Brigitha held Alvonso's hand and Alvonso reflexively turned around and saw his hand still in hand.
"Sister Alvonso let's go fast" said Michael.
Alvonso tried to let go of Brigitha's hand with his other hand.
"Darling, I promise I'll see you again" Alvonso said.

Alvonso kissed Brigitha's forehead as Brigitha let go of her hand and Alvonso put on his mask again and came out of the icu room with Michael in the other direction so as not to be discovered.
Daddy Alvaro and his four twins, Bruno, Brian, Benedict and Briana, were shocked to see the arrival of doctors and nurses.
"Daddy, didn't you just see the doctor and the nurse?" bruno, Brian, Benedict and Briana asked along with confused faces.
Daddy Alvaro without answering questions to his four twins immediately entered the icu room for fear of something happening with his daughter named Brigitha while Bruno, Brian, and others, Benedict and Briana followed Daddy Alvaro from behind.
'Why can I fail?' Ask Daddy Alvaro to condemn his stupidity.
'Hopefully nothing happened to Brigitha because I would feel guilty for neglecting to look after my beloved twin sister.' Bruno said in his heart.
'May Brigitha be fine otherwise I will not hesitate to kill her.' Brian and Benedict said at the same time.
