Judiciary

The courtroom went silent as the Judge announced his much-anticipated decision. He firmly stated that the custody of Glen and Josh will be given to Ria, their mother. This decision shook the mood, making the hearts of everyone present thump. Ria sat with a hopeful face at the plaintiff's desk, while Fathers Glen and Josh, who were sitting at the defendant's table, looked shocked and sad.

While maintaining his seriousness, the Judge provided a convincing legal explanation of his decision. She stressed the importance of mother-child relationships, as well as the obligation to create a stable and safe environment for children. In the Judge's view, Ria had proven her commitment and ability as a caring and responsible mother during the trial.

At that instant, Ria cried happily while tightly hugging her two children. A relieved expression appeared on his face, while Fathers Glen and Josh tried to hide their disappointment. Although they disagree with this decision, they must accept the fact that the interests of children are paramount.

The conversation in the courtroom was full of complicated emotions. Ria tries to convince Glen and Josh's father that he will facilitate their relationship with the children, ensuring that they remain to have an important role in Glen and Josh's life. Glen and Josh's father expressed their desire to stay involved in the children's lives and ensure their happiness.

Although this decision is inevitable, all parties are committed to working together in the best interests of children. The presence of the Judge gives a sense of fairness in this decision-making process, and now they all have to adapt to the new situation at hand.

Laura and Arsa are shocked and disappointed to hear the decision taken by the judge. They felt that the decision was unfair and did not consider the true interests of Glen and Josh. Frustrated, Laura and Arsa attempt to express their dissatisfaction to the judge.

"Why is this decision inviolable?" laura asked in a disappointed voice. "We believe there are facts and evidence that have not been carefully observed."

The judge replied, "I understand that you are dissatisfied with this decision, but keep in mind that I have considered all the arguments and evidence presented during the trial. This decision is taken based on legal facts and the best interests of children. Legally, this decision is final and inviolable."

Arsa nodded with her head bowed, but remained determined to speak, "Judge, we just want to make sure that the true interests of Glen and Josh are taken care of to the fullest. We are concerned about the possible consequences they may face with this decision."

Laura and Arsa looked at each other, understanding that they had to face this reality even though it was difficult. With heavy hearts, they know that the next step is to maintain a good relationship with Glen and Josh and provide as much support as possible. Despite being dissatisfied with the judge's decision, they are committed to remaining an important part of children's lives and creating an environment of compassion for them.

Glen and Josh sat together in their room, feeling sad and anxious after hearing the judge's decision. They both knew that they did not want to part from Arsa and Laura, who had been an important part of their lives all along.

"Duh, Josh, I don't know what we should do right now," Glen said in a hoarse voice. "I don't want to be separated from Arsa and Laura. They're our best friends."

Josh nodded in agreement, tears starting to pool in his eyes. "I feel the same way, Glen. They are always there for us, listening and supporting us. How can we be far away from them?"

Glen clasped Josh's hand tightly, trying to give him some strength. "We should talk to Ria and dad. Maybe they can listen to our feelings and try to find solutions so we can still be together with Papa Arsa and Laura."

Josh lifted his head, trying to find hope in these difficult circumstances. "We have to fight for what we want, Glen. We can't just give up. They are an important part of our family."

The two promise to talk to Ria and their father, in hopes that they can find a way to keep in touch with Arsa and Laura. They feel that nothing is more valuable than the friendship and love they have shared so far. Glen and Josh are united in their determination to fight for the presence of Arsa and Laura in their lives, hoping that with honest and understanding communication, Arsa and her, they can find solutions that meet everyone's interests and happiness.
