Kevin first arrived at the hotel room on his wife's appeal, he forgot to lock the door when entering and it made it easier for Anna to enter freely.

Oma Jelita collapses to hear the news, so Ajeng's aunt takes care of her in a hotel room, while Elvan takes Anna to the hospital, and Sandra and Rara's mother meet Kevin at the hospital.
The day that was supposed to be a happy day for them, now turned into a day that was so painful for them.
Long they wait until finally the Doctor out of the ICU room, Kevin who realized the whereabouts of the doctor immediately approached him. "Doctor what about my wife?" ask Kevin with a face to worry.
"I'm sorry, sir, we have to do surgery immediately, to save one of them" said the doctor who handled Anin.
