Kenta who just arrived and opened the door was shocked and gaping with his brother's words.

"Is this really a little sister-in-law pregnant?" asked Kenta with a smile.

Tyas was still stunned with perfectly rounded eyes. Mama Rani who saw it touched her hand which made Tyas shocked to the point of jumping.

"It's been two months more euuy!" cursed at being surprised his hand was touched by Mama Rani.

Everyone in the room laughed as they heard Tyas say. Keanu included.

So anxious he kissed Tyas all over the face which made his wife pat Keanu's arm in shame to his brother-in-law and also his father-in-law.

"Yes Allah.. I'm a father, Ma, pa! Kenta! Brother became a father! O Allah.. Get Kenan to check on Tyas!" he said he was so happy with the good news.

Kenta nodded and immediately contacted Kenan and Bella to come to the office of Erlangga Group which was not far from the hospital they were all working at the moment.

Keanu unceasingly stroked Tyas' stomach before all of them. Really, good news for all of them.

Kenan who could not come because his patients were a lot, asked Keanu to come to the hospital where he worked.

The two laughed together. Bella still remembered about her pregnancy which was also the same as Tyas.

Which Kenan vomited until he fell unconscious. After falling unconscious, he just told Bella to lie down and examine it.

And when he found out about the happy news, Kenan laughed while crying and hugged Bella tightly.

"What?!" tyas was so surprised.

Bella laughs. "Yes Ma'amku. My little sister-in-law. You're pregnant with triplets! Who's been eight weeks since the last day you had your monthly guests."

"Huh? is this really bang? I'm pregnant?"

Keanu nodded. "Twin three?"

"Yes, honey. Three twins! Masyaallah, sweetheart.. You're pregnant with triplets, baby! Subhanallah walhamdulillah walailahillallah." said Keanu so grateful with the happy news they just got.
