Arrive in Indonesia

Upon arrival in Indonesia, both were picked up by the driver. But before returning home, they stopped by Papa Surya's office because Gibran said he would be there today.

After arriving, the two got down from the car and entered Papa Surya's room.

"assalamualaikum Pa" Gibran said as he entered

"waalaikumsalam Papa's children"

Then they shake each other.

Papa Surya invited Gibran and Gania to sit on the sofa. Gibran who felt tired also rested his head on the body of the sofa.

"anyways, what are you saying to Bangkok?" ask Papa Surya

"ja.." said Gania but cut off with Gibran's words

"make Papa dong's grandson" Gibran said, stroking Gania's long hair

Papa Surya chuckled at Gibran's reply, while Gania widened her eyes.

"oh yeah he said there's something Papa wants to talk about?" ask Gibran

"so, two days ago, Papa was at a colleague's event, where Papa met Aunt Erla and Aunt Erla said a week ago she saw Sarah at the airport, and then there she met Aunt Erla, but he's just alone and carries a lot of stuff"

"is he going to stay here again?" ask Gibran

Gania felt uncomfortable because what Papa Surya and her husband were talking about was a serious thing that she had never heard before. Gania tries to distract her hearing, intending to get off the couch but Gibran holds her back.

"where you going?" ask Gibran

"eee.mau..." Gania is nervous

"don't go. Now you're my wife, you deserve to know"

Then Gania nodded slowly and sat down beside Gibran.

"no one knows for sure" replied Papa Surya

"was she expelled by her new husband? I feel like I want to laugh"

"whether Gi, Papa doesn't know anymore either. Let's just wait for the next news from Aunt Erla"

"it is important we must be careful" added Papa Surya.

As the talks are over, Gibran and Gania say goodbye to return home.

On the way home, Gania just kept quiet.

"hmm why shut up?" ask Gibran

Gania still did not answer, she just looked into Gibran's eyes.

"did you wonder about my mother?" ask Gibran again

"I...Mas's mother? Your mother still around?" ask Gania

"yes. I'm sorry honey it's not that I'm hiding, but I don't think it matters"

"me and Papa haven't been in contact with him for a long time, I almost forgot his face" he added

Gania looked at her husband's astonishment, how could she say that.

It didn't feel like they were home. Both of them got out of the car and brought their luggage.

Because they were tired, they immediately went up and rested their bodies on the soft bed of both.

"mas, I was confused about that" said Gania suddenly.

Then Gibran put his head on Gania's thigh.

"are you wondering why I didn't introduce you to her? Do you also think why I'm not so familiar with him"

Gania just stared in wonder, actually what happened to the Gibran family.

"alright, I'll tell you everything" Gibran said, then Gania gave a small nod.

"i used to be unwanted by him, because he was a famous model in his time. He blames Papa as if Papa forced her to marry him, when at that time his family was bankrupt and his father asked Papa to marry him"

"why don't you call it Mother Mas?" ask Gania

"is she worthy to be called Mother?" gibran asked back, then he went back to telling stories.

"by the time she was holding me, she tried to abort me several times but luckily my fetus was strong. Until she ran away for a few months because she was embarrassed that her body had changed after holding me"

"after approaching labor, she returned but with the man, she told all the family that the man was her lover"

A few days later, a handsome baby boy was born but his body was very thin because it was almost never nourished by his mother.

After birth, the baby must stay several weeks until his weight meets normal limits.

And Sarah's mother returned to the hospital to see Papa Surya with the aim of giving divorce papers.

Papa Surya can only resign, but he is not desperate. He took care of the baby boy named Gibran alone with great affection.
