Genius Child: The Next Heir

Genius Child: The Next Heir
Chapter 68 - The secret room. Liam's Oath

Andrew pulled and exhaled heavily, should they be two noisily with such a trivial thing, when they were facing something serious.

Andrew's heavy breathing, made Alex and Leo instantly speechless. They stood up straight and straight.

"I've cleared them, sir." Alex spoke up to report outside.

Roki momentarily frowned, he wanted to say something. Roki simply swallowed the question in his own heart.

Leo momentarily turned his gaze towards Roki with the tip of his eye. He turned his eyes back down.

'This cannot be investigated recklessly. I don't think the problem is that simple' Leo's inner self feels raging unclear.

Andrew was pensive for a moment, he grinned a little with the tip of his lips.

"Alright, just get here. I still have other business ... You guys investigate this matter until it's clear!" andrew said firmly. He got up from his seat, immediately left the room.

The four of them nodded their heads in understanding, they politely lowered their heads respectfully leading to Andrew's departure.

Outside the clan, Liam was already waiting for him in the car casually. When Andrew had entered the car, he immediately gasp left the place. Andrew just stared at the side of the windshield, pulling and exhaling heavily a few times.

Andrew seemed so lost in his mind. He was unsure of the thing that was currently disturbing his head.

Liam glanced at the small with the tip of his eyes. "Sir, where to next?" asked Liam who was already aware of the branching direction in the middle of the journey.

"We're going to Alexander's residence!" answered Andrew while massaging his forehead feeling annoyed.

"Good."

Although Liam wanted to ask, yet he could only bury his intentions inwardly. Without Andrew's permission, he would not have asked anything beyond Andrew's orders or consent.

Andrew's mind was divided into several things. The plan to pursue Caroline, had to be temporarily delayed, for the sake of other important matters. Andrew was really upset. Moreover, there were many secrets that he had not known from a Caroline.

"Sir, we've arrived" Roni stopped her car, glancing at Andrew.

"Tonight sleep here, many things I want to discuss with you!" adamant Andrew who still rests his body in the car seat.

"Good, Sir." Liam turned the car back on, slowly driving inside Alexander's room.

Andrew's father, who was still awake, stood on the balcony of the house, sipping a cigarette on his finger. He cringed in wonder. It's not usual that Andrew would come back, what else in the middle of the night like this.

"Looks like he's got a problem." His father took a deep breath. He stared at Andrew's private residence, which was right across from his.

"Let's go in!" take Andrew to Liam, walking quickly. Roni immediately followed him from behind obediently.

Andrew turned a button, which served to open his private secret room.

Liam momentarily hesitated. All this time .. This place only Andrew knew, how could he possibly deserve to enter so presumptuously.

"Come on!" take Andrew without hesitation.

Andrew closed the room. "Out there, the walls can hear and talk, too" Andrew said, sitting in a chair, right in front of the large monitors in the room.

"Sir, how could you be so careless .. tell me this room," said Liam felt inappropriate.

"If you betray me, just think of it as redemption these few years" Andrew casually said.

Bruk!

Liam immediately knelt down with the sound of his knees sounding quite loud. Andrew looked straight at Liam's face, frowning.

"My life and death belong to you. Even though I became a ghost, I'll never betray you." Liam with his stern expression said like he was swearing.

"Wake up! I never taught you to kneel!" adamant in a half-screaming tone, as he got up from his seat.

Liam was still kneeling in his original position, he did not listen to Andrew's remarks.

"Master, ever since I was saved by you. Since then I have sworn .. that my life is a gift, you. Though dead, I'd be willing if it's for, you." Liam was still unmoved, he remained on his knees stubbornly.

Andrew clenched his hand until it was round. "Liam. I order you to rise up immediately! You're ignoring my orders?" andrew shouted louder.

Liam immediately got up bowed. I dare not," he replied.

"Then ... since when did you dare to kneel? Did I teach you to be a loser?" andrew is still upset.

"I'm guilty. I deserve to die."

Liam was taught by Andrew. He can plead guilty if guilty. But to kneel, Andrew never taught himself. Liam knew it was wrong for Andrew.

Andrew pulled and exhaled heavily, patting his shoulders slowly. "I brought you here, of course because I know what your loyalty is like" he said.

"I put you by my side, disguised as my personal assistant, without any great skill. Because I don't want them to be aware of your position" he explained.

"I understand, Sir."

Liam was indeed instructed by Andrew not to highlight his true abilities. The access Andrew gave him was deliberately restricted.

Andrew knew clearly. There will be a day when this kind of situation will happen.

"It's time for your brother to come back! You two will have your own heavy duty" Andrew commanded decisively.

"I understand," Liam replied swiftly.

"alright. You take a break first, I want to check something out here first" Andrew asked Liam.

"I'm sorry." Liam bowed respectfully and said goodbye. He immediately left the place obediently.

Andrew leaned his body on the chair. How long has it been a clan matter of no movement.

"Has that man returned?" andrew was a little worried.

"I should have. .. I totally eliminated that guy."
