29. The Hospital

Several times a call from David, Nathan did not answer because he was worried about the state of his son. Her son's baby sitter called her that Kevin was hot sick. He was taken to the hospital before Nathan arrived at his home.

Nayra, Kevin's baby sitter who has been working for a month, according to Nathan is very good and deft. The girl is always monitored by the cctv that Nathan installed in the special room to play and also Kevin's bedroom.

"Gue's in the hospital, my son's sick. Wh why? Is anything important?" ask Nathan.

"Oh, what sick child? It doesn't matter, I just came to your office and didn't get in."

"Dehydration and shortness of breath. I just found out after I got to the hospital" Nathan said.

"Yes, may your child recover quickly. If I have time to go to the hospital."

Nathan hung up on the phone, he put it in his pocket. He saw his son still closed, next to him Nayra was still silent. Nathan sees Nayra who is silent, his parents are back again. It's getting dark, Nathan's hungry.

"Have you eaten?" ask Nathan.

"Not yet sir." answered Nayra.

"In that case, I'll find some food first. What do you want to eat?" ask Nathan.

"As for you, I eat whatever you bring me" said Nayra.

"Well, later if Kevin wakes up you call me" Nathan said.

"Yes sir."

Nathan then leaves his son's room looking for food in the cafeteria. But he returned to the room again, until at the door he saw his son being carried by Nayra. Nathan was stunned, he felt Nayra was like a mother who loved her son very much.

Nathan lowered his head and let out a long sigh, is he interested in Nayra? Nathan looked back at the babysitter, if he watched for longer. Nayra was very pretty, her nose was sharp and her skin was white. And most importantly she was motherly, even though a nanny seemed to love her son very much.

Nayra just looked around and now she's making Kevin's bed.

"What does she feel, Nayra?" ask Nathan.

"Maybe he's worried about your oxygen tube" replied Nayra.

"Can he feed?" ask Nathan.

"The doctor said it's not okay yet, but if he cries loudly it means his breathing is regular again."

"But her crying voice was still weak, did she have to continue in oxygen?"

"Yes, his breathing is still tight. So it has to be in oxygen constantly."

"Father, eppas!" said Kevin pulling an oxygen hose in his nose.

"Don't love, Kevin's gonna have a hard time talking about it. Patience, tomorrow if it's healthy can be removed anyway" said Nathan calm his son.

"Eppas papa, sus epas!"

Nayra took over Kevin from Nathan's hands, calming the one-year-old toddler and a half. He held Kevin and gave the little boy a gentle understanding, patting his butt so he wouldn't cry anymore

Nathan keeps watching what Nayra is doing, for some reason he feels calm Kevin is in Nayra's hands. Before long Nayra can silence Kevin and return closed. Nathan's smile expands, it feels like he found a mother figure for his son.

Although she does not like Nayra as a woman, she finds a match to look after and nurture her son Kevin. He forgot that in the hospital hallway ordering food through the delivery messaging app.

"Excuse me, is this really the VIP Rose room?" ask the courier at the door.

"Yes right" Nathan said to the courier and put money in his wallet.

"How much is everything?"

"One hundred and twenty-five sir."

"Here, take the change."

"Well, thank you sir. Excuse me first."

"Yes." Yeah."

After receiving the food package, Nathan sat on the sofa. He saw Nayra still holding Kevin.

"Kevin's asleep?"

"Just now, but I'm afraid to put him to bed."

"Yes, wait a minute. When you are done, you eat quickly. I've ordered food for you."

"Mr Nathan ate first, I'll eat after you sir" said Nayra.

Nathan said he opened the box with food and ate it immediately. Because later he will take turns to keep Kevin in his bed, and Nayra eats.
