Since that incident, Yara has only locked herself in a room. It was too heavy for him. He never went to college again. Yara didn't even activate her phone. He still needs time alone. Rhani even came to Wyanet's residence to ask about his condition. However, Yara chose not to meet.
While Shanty was pacing back and forth in front of Yara's room while holding the tray in his hand. He was silent for a moment, before Shanty stepped closer to Yara's room. This is the second day Yara did not go to college. Shanty understood Yara's current feelings. But Yara can't keep going like this. It cannot dissolve in sadness. It was the best decision to save the Wyanet company. While Erland and Renata have been busy two days taking care of Yara's wedding.
Tok...ko...tok...!
"Yara, baby." Call Shanty knock on Yara's room door quietly.
No word from the inside, Shanty knocked on the door again. "Yara, can aunty come in? Aunty brought you your favorite cheese spring roll."
Yara only smiled faintly, then took a brief breath. He got up from his seat to open the door. The look on his face was dull, his eyes were puffy, his hair was disheveled. He was not like the Yara he knew. Yara is a jolly and friendly child.
"Look, aunty brought you your favorite snack. Aunty look these few days you don't eat, Yara. So I bought it." Shanty said as the door really opened wide for him.
"Thank you, aunty" he said flatly and took the tray from the hands of the woman who always understood his wishes. Yara and Shanty and sit on the side of the bed.
"Hmmm. You can feel the smell of the cheese that absorbs the sense of smell. Really drugging the mind to quickly enjoy it. You have to spend it. So eat!" shanty smiled gently at Yara.
Yara gave a small smile as she looked towards Shanty, then looked at the tray that contained a delicious cheese spring roll. But he didn't touch her one bit.
Shanty frowned, "You don't like it? Aunty queued up at the Cafeteria restaurant for macaroni and this cheese spring roll." Shanty said smiling as he showed a row of his teeth. He took one and gave it to Yara. "Eat baby, you know my heart hurts if you see you like this." Shanty continued in his lowest voice.
Yara raised her face and looked back at Shanty. He took it out of Shanty's hands. "I'm sorry aunty, I've made this whole house worried."
"Ehmm, if you don't want us to worry about you. You gotta eat, spend it all."
Yara smiled slightly, then nodded. "I'm going to finish it" he said putting a spring roll in his mouth.
Shanty stared straight at her and let Yara enjoy her meal. He took a deep breath and spoke softly. "Yara's? I know how you feel. But as Erland said, only Miles is willing to help Wyanet's company, but on the condition of marrying you. 100 billion, not a few. I know how Erland is trying to find a loan. Because he loves you so much. Erland doesn't want to sacrifice your future. But the more Erland tried to get out of that trouble, no one helped him. Trust your daddy. Sooner or later, Erland will get you out of that marriage. Erland's already prepared a plan."
Yara frowned. "Prepared plans?"
"Hm." Shanty nodded. "This marriage is only temporary. The old man was merely a fake husband status. So, don't worry about anything. Now that Wyanet's company has stabilized, everything will be fine."
"So when's the wedding?" Yara asked with a heavy voice.
"Next week, baby."
Yara stopped her eating. "Next week?" Yara's eyes stared at Shanty. His heart was back in the bag. Sick, to the point of breathing he could not. He was frozen with an empty look.
Shanty turned to face Yara and took her hand. He gave a slow swipe into the hands of the gentle and beautiful hearted woman. Yara herself just looked down with teary eyes.
"Yara, look at me!" Shanty cupped onto Yara's two cheeks.
Yara lifted her face and looked directly into the eyes of the woman who chose her own rather than marry her.
"Look, you're not like the woman I know Yara, you're a mess. Trust me, it's only a temporary marriage."
Yara shook her head with a pushy look. To be honest, he was afraid to face this reality. His heart was still confused and confused.
"Aunty, I need my own." His words were almost inaudible.
Shanty took a deep breath. "All right, you better get some rest. But tomorrow promise aunty, don't dissolve in grief again. If Erland sees you like this, she'll feel guilty."
Yara nodded and smiled slightly. "Good Aunty."
Shanty returned that smile. He held onto the two corners of the shoulder and rubbed it gently. "Rest me" he said, giving a brief clap and immediately got up from his seat.
Yara again nodded with a pushy look. His feeling was so moved. Because getting attention this sincere. Shanty stepped out and demanded the door back. At that very moment Yara took her stammering breath. His eyes immediately glazed over. His nose is sore, his chest is tight.
"How could I not think of this marriage?" Yara said in tears. The water was spilled again. Describe how hurt her heart is.
"I can't forget the Ethan I love so much. I can't...." Yara's shoulders trembled more and more to hold back her increasingly audible sobs.
"May I still occasionally see his picture in the cell phone gallery?"
"May I still look through the messages from him a few weeks ago? And can I bother him just to see his response?"
After Ethan left back then, it was clear everything felt different. Yara was only trying to strengthen what was her decision. A fool? Ja. But there is a good reason why it is like that.
Letting go is not about who is wrong and who is right, sometimes a leaf that has fallen from a tree branch will have a new life, between going with the wind, and sometimes a leaf that has fallen from a tree branch will have a new life, it flows with water or remains under the tree until it is rained down or dried out by the sun. Letting go is about choice, about hope, and about agreement.
Yara again rests her back against the bed. He hugged his knees, buried his face between his legs. Yara kept her head down and closed her eyes. I don't know if there were a few tears out. All she cried, Yara could not if not cry, her heart would get sicker. This reality was like a nightmare to him.
Suddenly a phone call rang on the nightstand. Yara picked up her phone and saw on the front screen that said 'My friend Rhany' Yara swiped the receipt from her phone.
"Hello, Rhan! " Yara's words were heard with a hoarse voice crying out.
"Do you really accept marriage? " the first question that came out of Rhani.
"Hmmm." replied Yara with a mutter. He closed his mouth again so that Rhani did not know if he was crying.
"Why did you accept the marriage? Did you tell Ethan to get you out of that ridiculous wedding?"
While Yara was silent, she was afraid that the sobs that had broken in her seat had broken and Rhani became worried. He knows what his best friend is like, maybe in five minutes he will slide into the house and hug her.
"Yara, are you still there? "
"I'm still here, Rhan." Yara said as she pleased.
"You crying, Yara?" rhani's voice sounded anxious.
"Who is crying. I just have the flu." Yara closed her mouth. Her tears fell back on her cheeks.
"Why don't you refuse that marriage. Let Wyanet's company go bankrupt. The important thing is you don't marry the old man who smells the land. Is it more important to save Wyanet's company than you feel?"
Silence is no sahutan from Yara.
"Yara.....!!!"
"Yes I know. But I can't stand by and watch Wyanet's company crumble. I'm sorry, Rhan." Yara sounded very sad. Her tears returned to the river. He lives here again. How he didn't think of his daddy and mommy. The fate of the company is really in his hands.
Rhani sounded like she was breathing a long breath. "Are you going to quit college? What days are you going to spend taking care of that sick man?"
"......" Yara was silent again.
"I'm sorry Yara. I just can't see you like this." Rhani said in her lowest voice.
"I understand Rhan. You did it for me. But I'm sorry, I can't stop this anymore. The Wyanet company is stable and all debts to the bank are paid off. The production of goods has also returned to normal."
"So when's your wedding gonna take place."
"Next week."
Rhani breathed heavily. "I hope this decision is the best choice for you. Call me anytime if you need my help. Youunderstand?"
"Hmm, that must be."
"Bye Yara's. See you soon."
"Bye Rhan."
Suddenly the call was interrupted, Yara cried again, The stimulation to let out tears could not be denied. Tears from earlier in his seat just spilled. It hurts and leaves scars that are difficult to heal. He thought of everything. Think of Ethan, the man he loved so much.
Yara could not stand it anymore, she took a pillow to cover her face. Yara cried even more, her tears kept soaking in the pillow. His shoulders shook. He tries to erase the shadow of Ethan that always comes to his mind. Yara groaned in her cries. All the pain he felt was obvious.
