Eps 56 - The Killer (1) -

Time continued to slowly walk, Xue Jian slowly resolved his tribulation. Within three days and three nights, he had completed three tribulations. This is his last misery.

"Devil Heart Tribulation, am I able to get through it?" mumble Xue Jian.

The Demon Heart Tribulation aimed to increase the soul power of an Immortal. If they fail in this tribulation then they will die and their souls will be destroyed.

Xue Jian was finally able to only sigh and allow himself to pass through the tribulation of the demon heart.

From here Xue Jian never opened his eyes for days. Then he never opened it for a week.

On the other hand Wang Fei watched all of that from a distance in the vast wilderness.

"How much longer will it take him to get through this misery?"

Xue Jian's tribulation lasted for almost a month long, before spatial ripples appeared around his body.

Wang Fei who had been watching his teacher's tribulation for a month was startled by Xue Jian floating in the air with his eyes closed.

Xue Jian's body then decomposed into tiny flakes of light.

"So, in the end he broke through?" Wang Fei felt joy in his heart.

In his previous life he had never witnessed an Immortal leveling up to the True God except himself. However, even though Wang Fei became a True God he did not ascend to heaven.

"It's a pity that I'll never be able to get through heaven..."

Wang Fei then turned into a beam of light leaving the region that had been smashed apart. He was already feeling calm after seeing his teacher succeed in becoming a True God.

"It's time I head north!"

A small village near the North Land.

A black-robed young man entered the village in a hurry. Behind him also suddenly appeared some people who seemed to be following him.

It had been about three weeks after Wang Fei had witnessed his teacher become a True God. Now he has a new problem that is very difficult to overcome.

A moment later Wang Fei arrived near the village gate made of wood. Behind the gate was a place where many mountains were stretched.

"Good, this is enough for me to escape from them." Wang Fei's inner self and immediately darted over the gate and flew at high speed towards the mountains.

The experts who continued to scout and target Wang Fei were startled with flashes of light behind the market.

"That's it! Hurry up and chase him!"

Over ten people who were at the True Foundation level immediately moved quickly intending to catch up with Wang Fei. However, due to the very dense market conditions of humans make them a little difficult.

Only after arriving at the rearmost village gate did they fly at high speed.
