"LEIRA!"
Lionel kept shouting in the darkness and the rain. The man sped up his pace, both of his feet down the cliff he had been through some time before.
His two eyes went through all the areas, and the locations Lionel was heading for were the valleys and river banks. The man continued to shout calling out Dahliara's name, the rush of rain and lightning bolts unable to keep up with his voice.
"We're here!"
The sound of an exclamation coming from the direction of the valley brought Lionel's footsteps to a halt. His breathing was breathless, his two sharp eyes scoured every corner of the forest, and did not wait any longer Lionel took another quick step back.
Several times he slipped, but Lionel did not complain or feel pain. Though at this time one of his palms looks injured and continues to bleed, it seems that when he fell he accidentally scratched a sharp twig or other sharp object fragments.
"LEIRA!" Lionel shouted again, the flashlight coming from his phone was unable to reach further. The atmosphere of the forest is quite dark, in addition to heavy rain makes the visibility disturbed.
"WHOEVER, WE'RE BY THE RIVER. ONE OF OUR FRIENDS SLIPPED OFF THE CLIFF!"
Lionel again accelerated the pace of his feet, both ears were able to hear clearly the voice of a girl's scream from down there. Not long after he had stumbled and made his way down that steep cliff-a beam of light Lionel could see from the banks of the river that was beginning to overflow.
It looks like flash floods are starting to come from upstream, heavy rain that happens to be one of the triggers. And they have to get out of there if they don't want to be swept away by the flood.
"Where's Liara?!"
Lionel gasped, his two eyes staring at the two girls who looked pale and shivering. With trembling hands one of them pointed at one point. The point where there are two human children are trying to provide handling of CPR on someone on a stone.
Without asking again Lionel immediately approached, his hands and jaws tightened when he saw who was lying weakly on the stone.
"Liara hasn't responded yet, what if she's not a-,"
"Keep away from her!"
Lionel violently pushed the girl in front of him, then glanced sharply and coldly at the young man who had just continued to give first aid to Dahliara.
"Liara slipped into Raida's hollow time, and Liara rolled into the river, please save Liara." the girl behind Lionel could no longer hold back her cries.
Sigit who also does not know what to do. The man moved away from Liara, and approached the girl who was currently trembling and crying as well.
"You go back upstairs. Let me take him!" break Lionel.
"But, he's a friend of our group. We can't leave Liara that way, besides we don't know ka-, either,"
"So, the flood is coming soon. If you do not listen to me, then be prepared to drift with the flash flood that will soon come from upstream. You guys see those leaf leaves? that's the sign. So go upstairs, don't argue with the little boy!"
Lionel could not hold back his emotions, he did not care if the young man did not listen to his words. The most important thing for him right now is Dahliara, he has to do something to the girl.
"Udah, let's go upstairs first!" bring Sigit.
"But Liara how is Git?! he's ki-'s friend,"
"HURRY UP!" lionel's wrath when the girl was still stubborn.
The four young men immediately complied, they tried to go back up the hill. While Lionel was still there, both of his hands were already on Liara's chest. His lips continued to say kamit whether what prayer Lionel was muttering now.
"Come on you strong girl. Albarack flowers aren't that weak!"
Lionel began to despair when Liara did not give any response. The man cursed inwardly, asking how long this girl had been drowning in the river until she was unconscious like this.
