The taxi that took Zee through the cobblestone streets. Zee saw a signpost with the word Red Teak on the side of the road. He has entered the village. The road is hollow and many rocks are quite large.
Am I still on planet Earth, or on the moon? Think Zee.
The taxi passed a fairly large factory. Zee saw several employees in sky-blue uniforms having lunch. Zee's watch shows at 12. So, the employees are on a break.
"This is a shirt factory which is the only factory in this village" said the taxi driver who had been silent.
"Is that so?"
The taxi driver nodded. "This factory is also the only employment of residents in this village."
The taxi stopped in front of a white house. Zee looked at the white house. He remembered the events of 16 years ago. Nothing has changed. The tree in front of the house looks the same.
"If it wasn't for my father, I'd just rent an inn." Zee stepped towards the house. He knocked on the door of the house.
There's no answer.
Zee knocked on the door a bit harshly. The door is open. A beautiful girl opened it. The two girls stared at each other.
"Yerisca?"
Zee nodded lazily.
The beautiful girl cupped Zee's face. "Are you really Jerisca?"
Zee brushed off the girl's hand. "Don't act like you're my sister. I'm here because of Dad."
The girl looked sad for a moment, but she immediately changed her expression and pulled Zee's hand to go inside.
"Dad said, you've been unemployed for a long time and will come here to apply for a job where I work."
Zee frowning. He called my father father? Whahuh? Dad said I was unemployed?
"Say Dad's company went bankrupt. Dad got sick and asked you to work at Red Teak with me to fix the family economy." The girl looked sad.
Daddy company is really big? Very funny, Inner Zee.
"I know your name, but maybe you don't know mine. Yesinta Zevanya, that's my name." Yesinta extended her hand to Zee.
"I don't care what your name is." Zee folded his hands in front of his chest and then threw away his face.
Yesinta looked sad, but she kept smiling. "Eat, I've cooked for you."
Zee saw Yesinta who went to another room. Zee looked around. There was only one photo on the wall. A beautiful woman with a cute little girl. Both of them smiled at the camera.
Where is that bitch? Inner Zee.
After eating the dish Yesinta served, Zee burped while rubbing her overflowing stomach. Yesinta smiled at the behavior of her sister. There was a knock from the room. Zee gasped in shock.
Yesinta immediately went to the room. Zee followed and looked over from the front door. A woman is lying weakly on the floor. There was a long stitch on his face. Zee knew, it was Yesinta's mother. There was no longer a radiant beautiful face on that old face.
It's not much different than Dad. The karma of the cheating man comes quickly, Zee said in his heart.
The woman's gaze suddenly turned to Zee. Out of fear, he immediately sat back down at the dining table.
"My mom asked me, are you enjoying your food?" Yesinta said in a half-questioning tone.
Zee nodded.
Silent.
"You're not at work?" Ask Zee.
Yesinta. "My mom got sick this morning, I asked my boss for permission not to come in."
"Tomorrow I'll apply for a job at that place. What should I prepare?" Ask Zee.
"I used to only carry ID, because I did not have a Junior High School Diploma. I'm just a graduate of SD. If you have a diploma, just take it so that you are placed in a good position," said Yesinta eagerly.
That evening, Zee cleared up the important papers she would bring to apply for the job tomorrow.
Surely the Degree he brought was a fake Degree. "Damn it, how could the old man write such an ugly value to my diploma. I'm not bad at Math and English."
***flashback ***
"Zega, in order for you to be accepted as an ordinary employee, I'll create a special diploma for you myself. If you apply for a job to a factory with your original diploma, you can occupy a manager position" said Mr. Herdian
"Isn't that how I can keep an eye on corrupt superiors?" Zega Protest.
"You should remain an ordinary employee. I've arranged everything."
*** end Flashback ***
"I've done everything you want, old man.just watch out if I don't become Commissioner." Zee started writing cover letters.
"Ah, my writing is too good." The girl threw the paper in the trash. He rewrote his cover letter. This time with bad writing.
Yesinta approached Zee. "We only have two rooms. You slept in my room, yeah."
Zee stopped writing and looked up at Yesinta who took Zee's belongings to her room. Zee left his cover letter and followed Yesinta.
Yesinta's room looks neat even though it is simple. The girl put Zee's stuff in the corner of the room.
"You sleep in bed, yeah. Sorry, this is all we have. Your bed must be very comfortable, I hope you can sleep well."
Zee saw a small floor mattress that only one person could sleep on. "That's your bed? You're the only one sleeping there. I'm just on the floor."
Yesinta. "The floor is cold."
Zee rolled his eyeballs. He continued writing letters in the room. Through the corner of his eye, he saw Yesinta grab a blanket and roll up his body with the blanket then sleep on the floor against Zee.
Zee looked at Yesinta's back.
His father said again, "Behold, your sister has been asking you questions since childhood. He wants to meet you and play with you."
