A few days later

Aurora and Aprilio were really busy with their respective affairs, even they had not met in these few days. Aurora remained as the days before, the morning of college, then to the hospital looking after her father, after which she returned to the apartment at night and studied.

“hah...I miss him” murmured Aurora exhaled heavily, then returned focus to the books in front of her.

In the middle of the night, Aurora fell asleep at her study table, probably from exhaustion, not even realizing that someone had entered her room. And not even piqued at all when a hand rubbed his head and smiled, then slowly raised Aurora and put her to bed and put on a blanket, then kissed Aurora's forehead for a while and said good night, then move on.

The apartment was deserted, Aprilio did not come home for a few days, that's what Aurora knew. In fact, without Aurora knowing, Aprilio always returned at midnight, when Aurora was asleep, and returned to the office early in the morning before Aurora woke up.

What Aurora feels, also felt by Aprilio, it feels like not meeting Aurora a day makes her unsettled and unfocused work. So Aprilio went home at midnight, went into Aurora's room and looked at her sleeping face. Once satisfied, Aprilio will return to his room to sleep for a while and wake up when the sun has not risen and then go straight to the office.

Aprilio had been busy with his office for a week, and it was already the weekend, and Aprilio planned to take Aurora for a walk, but it seemed like Aprilio's plan could not be carried out, because Aurora already had an appointment with a friend. So this is where Aprilio is now, at a shooting range with Nicholas, rather than him being lonely in the Apartment, at least until Aurora returns.

But in fact, until the afternoon Aurora had not returned, and Aprilio could arrive first at the Apartment, so he decided to contact Aurora first, and the girl would be up to 15 minutes. Aprilio wanted to take Aurora out to dinner, or go to the movies, which was a good idea, Aprilio thought.

A few moments later the door of the Apartment opened and displayed the figure of Aurora. Without a second thought, Aprilio immediately rose up enthusiastically.

“You have returned home” said Aprilio smilingly approached Aurora who also replied with a nod and a sweet smile. “what are you tired” ask again later.

“actually I wanted to take you for a walk.but because you couldn't...” said Aprilio enthusiastically at length.

“arnya..indeed your business is done” asked Aurora sparkling happily.

“just stay waiting for the results only..I can now relax..” replied Aprilio casually.

“good..pas once my exam is also over..so is the thesis..so we can have fun...” Aurora was so enthusiastic.

“right..and the day after.I've made an appointment with the doctor..we should see his results..Hopefully we get a positive result..” look if Aprilio is so happy.

Aprilio's speech was cut off as his phone rang, making him grumble in annoyance, after permission on Aurora to lift him up, Aprilio immediately shifted the green icon on his phone.

“what did you say...how could it happen..what are you guys not doing the job...really-true troublesome..quickly prepare everything....we will go tonight too.”.

Aprilio closed the call in annoyance and his face that had instantly turned murky made Aurora look at him anxiously.

“what happened..what happened problem” asked Aurora gently and carefully, Aurora exhaled to regulate her emotions.

“Ra sorry..it looks like our plan failed..I have to go to country M...something happened to the project I was working on.so I have to go there tonight.but I promise...I'm only 2 days.and the day after tomorrow I will definitely come back and accompany you to the doctor..it's okay...” explained Aprilio at length sadly, making Aurora chuckle.

“it's okay..it's an important affair..” replied Aurora smiling.

“haaah...tells I was so upset” grumbled Aprilio after a long breath.

“why upset.. it's only 2days.after your business is done...Hm” said Aurora calming.

A little while later, Aprilio came out of his room, dressed in neat clothes, but Aurora who was waiting for him on the sofa frowned in confusion as she saw Aprilio carrying nothing.

“I leave first ya” he said, Aurora walked over.

“you brought nothing..” asked Aurora puzzled.

“no need.. I will buy it there..” the answer is relaxed.

“oh so...” the rich man, continued Aurora in the heart, and disturbing as a sign of understanding, but then Aurora was surprised because Aprilio who suddenly hugged her, his embrace was warm, and the, but Aurora felt a different feeling, like a last hug, but Aurora hurriedly brushed off her bad thoughts, and immediately returned the embrace of Aprilio.

“you should be fine here” Aprilio said after taking off his embrace.

“you too..” Aurora replied smilingly, they looked at each other without saying, until finally Aprilio again did a surprising thing, by pulling the nape of Aurora and uniting their lips, so that, a deep and long kiss, made their hearts beat together.

Aprilio took off his kiss as Aurora patted his chest out of breath, with equally breathless and scooping the air, Aprilio fused their eyebrows with a smile, then pulled his face and kissed Aurora's soft forehead, to make Aurora reflex to close her eyes, her heart warmed with the treatment of Aprilio, because it received attention that had been almost 1 year no longer felt Aurora.

“I leave ya” pampit Aprilio again by staring at Aurora.

“iya carefully” replied Aurora following Aprilio who walked towards the door and then exited, even Aurora continued to look at Aprilio's back until it disappeared behind the elevator door.

Two days later

Aurora walks in the hospital hallway alone, since the morning she has not heard from Aprilio or Nicholas, even Aurora plans to cancel an appointment with a doctor, but the hospital first contacted and said if the doctor was waiting, so Aurora did not feel good to cancel it.

Exhaling heavily for a moment, Aurora entered the doctor's room, actually since the feeling was not good and anxious, hopefully after this there is good news.

“nona Aurora..you have arrived.please sit first..where did Mr. Aprilio..” ask the doctor on Aurora to enter his room.

“sorry doctor... Mr. Aprilio went abroad and has not returned.. so today I came alone..” Aurora replied smiling and obeying the doctor's order to sit down.

Laura looks deft and immediately helps Aurora's father, in various ways, until finally some time, Laura looks so desperate, bowing her head for a moment, then turned to look at Aurora with teary eyes, and then, Laura was unable to say, so with a heavy heart Laura shook her head weakly at Aurora.

“NOT...IT IS IMPOSSIBLE” cried Aurora hysterically understood what Laura said, “No Father...Don't leave Rara alone...Rara beg Daddy...Rara no longer has anyone..don't go.hiks hiks...” Aurora cries loudly and shakes her father's body, hoping to wake up again, Laura who does not have the heart, immediately pulls Aurora's body and hugs him.

“Doctor...please help my father doctor..I beg you..” please begrudge him, Laura's heart feels sliced to see Aurora, Laura already considers Aurora like her own sister, although Laura could not help financially, at the very least, Laura would always be on Aurora's side, under any circumstances, especially when things were going down like this.
