The rain has not stopped, it is almost midnight. Kai worries about both of them. It was impossible for them to sleep at this stop, but the rain was unwilling to negotiate with them. Lily seems to be sleepy, some times she yawns to make her eyes water.

“Can I lean on your shoulders ?” Lily asked after yawning for the umpteenth time.

“Ya, can.” Answer Kai. He also confirmed his sitting position.

“I want to get home soon.” Said Lily while leaning her head on Kai's shoulder.

“We will be home soon, after this rain subsides.” Kai said as he stroked Lily's head.

The rain slowly subsided, but it was an hour after Lily leaned her head on Kai's shoulders. Now, the woman had already slept on Kai's shoulders. Kai couldn't bear to wake her up.

“Maybe I'll wake her up after the rain completely subsides.” Kai said in his heart.

The rain started to subside, Kai prepared to go home. He wants to wake Lily. But when he saw his face, Kai became heartless. She decided to carry Lily to her house.

“Aigoo, you're heavy too.” Kai muttered while raising Lily's body on his back.

Kai walked while carrying Lily to his temple. Luckily it was late at night so no one noticed. Kai did not mind doing that, he just felt happy. Finally, after a long time, his wife returned to his lap. Although his memory has not fully recovered, Kai is grateful that Lily received him again and is beside him.

“Kai..”.Lily's voice sounded.

“You're up?” Ask Kai.

“Em. Where are we?” Ask Lily back.

“We're on our way home. You don't know my house yet, do you? Of course because I've never taken you there.” Answer Kai.

“...”Lily was silent.

“Do you want to come down?” Kai asked back.

“No. I like it like this. I want to be carried all the way to home.” Lily answered with pampering.

“Alright Mr. Princess.” Answer Kai. He confirmed his position. He also continues his path.

Shortly after, they finally arrived home. Kai dropped Lily. Lily looked so happy when she got there. He was so excited to see Kai's house.

“Waah, his house looks very comfortable. I will feel at home staying here.especially stay together with you.” Lily said with a sweet smile to Kai.

“The ones who designed this house are my parents. This is their dream home. But what a pity, they only stayed here for a while. But now, this house will be our home.thank God if you like it. It looks so warm, doesn't it?” Answer Kai.

“Em. I really like the interior. Your parents are very good at decorating the house. Uh, by the way where are they now? I can't wait to meet them again.” Lily with a naive.

“You never met them Lily. My parents died when I was a kid. I explained it to you once. But maybe you've forgotten. It's okay.” Said Kai.

“Oh, jeez. I'm sorry, I really don't know. My memory is so bad.” Lily complained to herself.

“Do not blame yourself. Your memory has not recovered. Yes already, it's midnight, we rest yes. tomorrow I have to go into the office.” Say Kai.

“Good.” Lily answered cheerfully.

“The room is upstairs.” Kai showed it to Lily.

“No.” Lily looked scared.

“You why Lily?” Kai was astonished by Lily's attitude.

“I'm traumatized by the stairs Kai.” Lily answered with a frightened face.

“Ah, yes. I forget. All right, then we sleep in the front room near the living room. You wait here for a moment, I'll tidy up his room first.” Say Kai.

“Good.” Answer Lily.

Kai rushes to tidy up the front room while Lily waits on the living room sofa.

A few moments later, Kai returned.

“Wah, thank you. I should have tidied it up for you. I'm your wife, I'm not helping at all.” Lily is following Kai.

“What's wrong. You're just cured.” Answer Kai.

“...”Kai opened the room door.

“Wih.” Lily came in happy.

“You're like a child.” Kai said with a laugh looking at Lily who jumped on the bed.

“The mattress is really comfortable and cushioned. I can wake up late if this is.” Lily Said.

“You mustn't be upset, because tomorrow I go into the office. When you wake up, I'm gone. So get up early so I can say goodbye to work for you.” Answer Kai.

“Yes, and I will prepare breakfast and supplies for you.” Lily Said.

“Em. But for now we sleep yes.” Kai also laid his body on the soft mattress.

It's Kai's first night back in bed with his wife after several months apart. Kai felt happy, he could even fall asleep quickly.

“Kai.” Suddenly Lily made a sound. Kai woke up from his sleep.

“Ya, what's up Lily?” Kai turned his body to face Lily.

“I can't sleep. Usually at home, before going to bed mom recounts some memories from my past. It also helps me to restore my memory. And while listening to the story, Mom hugged me.” Lily Said.

“Alright, then come here.” Say Kai. Lily brought her body closer to Kai. Kai hugged her too.

“You want me to tell you what?” Kai asked as he gently rubbed Lily's hair.

“As far as you are clear, I want to recall again the wonderful memories I once spent with you.” Answer Lily.

“Emmm, then what yes..” Say Kai while thinking.

“Oh, I know.” Say Kai.

“This is a story about your childhood. Whether you remember it or not.” Mumbled Kai.

“You and I were friends in childhood? But mom never told me that. As far as I know, mom only said that you and I first met at the concert. Have we met before?” Lily asked curiously.

“Oh, Emmm..” Kai spoke wrongly.

“Look, I heard it from your friend's story. So I'm here as the third party in telling you about your childhood. You understand?” Kai alibi.

“Oh, I get it now. Alright. I'll listen to his story now.” Answer Lily.

“Alright, so when you were a kid, you were a brave kid. Unlike me, back then, when I was a child I was a crybaby, weak, shy and reserved.” Kai said beginning his story.

“One time, there was a boy, he came as a new student in your class.” Obviously Kai.

“Who is the boy's name?” Lily asked curiously.

“Name Bogeum. He's the weakest and most whiny boy you've ever met.” Answer Kai.

“Is he whinyer than you?” Lily asked back.

“I can't tell the difference. I'll hear this story from your friend.” Kai was almost confused and could not answer Lily's question.

“Oh, Yes. I forget. Continue.” Lily Said.

“Instead the boy did not get a friend in that class. Of course, who would want to befriend a crybaby and weak man. One day, the boy made a friend. A good friend and always protect her. When the boy was another child's moons, his best friend protected him.”

“Who is his best friend?”

“You Lily. You're the only friend that boy has.” Answer Kai with teary eyes.
