Four humans were enjoying lunch at a luxurious restaurant.

Sometimes laughter colors their conversation, do not ask who is always the mediator between their jokes, Susan, yes, Susan has always been an intermediary because both Rey and Aldo always compete in the event, especially in addition to Riko.

Suddenly Susan felt her stomach was nauseous and was about to vomit, she covered her mouth with her hands.

They all get worried, especially Rey.

"Darling, what's wrong with you?" said Rey panicked.

"Ga tau Rey, my stomach was suddenly nauseous" Susan said, still closing her mouth.

"I'll go to the toilet first."

Susan walked towards the toilet, until there she tried to spit out her entrails, but nil, nothing came out except water.

"You better catch Susan Rey! I'm worried what's going on with him" Aldo said.

Rey obeyed Aldo and sure enough, when Rey entered, Susan was seen vomiting and holding her stomach. His face looked pale and his body was limp.

"Honey, we go to the doctor, yes" said Rey touching his wife's move.

Susan just nodded her head.

Rey led Susan out of the toilet and back to the table where they had eaten.

"I'll take Susan to the doctor."

"I'm coming" said Aldo.

"I'm coming too" said Riko.

"Let me take the car, you go with Susan" Aldo said.

Aldo drove his car at near-fast speed.

At the hospital, the nurses welcomed their arrival.

"Mas, how are you here?" said a doctor who just came out of the examination room.

"Yes. Rey's wife is nauseous" said Riko.

"Hay Rey, how are you?"

"Nelsa, are you practicing here?"

"Yes. What's wrong with your wife?"

"I don't know, either - suddenly his stomach was nauseous and vomiting."

"Sorry Doctor, this is Miss Susan's lab," a nurse handed Nelsa a piece of paper.

"Thank you Ners" she smiled very kindly.

After a checkup and asking some questions about Susan's last date of the month, Dr. Nelsa was convinced by Susan's urine test results.

"none. Susan was just curious about Riko's lover."

"Well, Nelsa, thank you for checking on my wife. We're going home" Rey said.

"Take care of you San! and you're Rey, don't visit her often!"

"What does that mean?" Rey doesn't understand.

"That's why you don't know Rey? Your mood is reduced" said Aldo.

"He... Ready for Doctor."

"Riko, do you want to come with us or stay here?" said Rey.

"Go home, my car's still in Aldo's office."

"Leave! it won't disappear. Do you want to leave this beautiful doctor of yours?" said Aldo.

Riko looked at Nelsa and smiled.

"I live here. I'll drop my car, don't sell it."

Rey, Susan and Aldo leave Riko with her lover Nelsa.

"They fit perfectly, huh?" nelsa.

Riko waits for Nelsa in her maid room.

Nelsa does have a room in his practice room to rest in between hours of practice.

While on the way home, Rey always hugged and stroked his wife's stomach.

"Don't don't you miss Riko was pregnant with San," Aldo said his eyes looking from the rearview mirror.

"Maybe."

"But just this once enough is it a pity you miss Riko! Don't miss him every day! I could die because I'm jealous."

Arriving at Aldo's office, Rey immediately takes Susan home for a break. Aldo himself allowed Susan because Aldo did not want Susan to be exhausted.
