After finishing Ana just came out of the bathroom and she just approached Alex who was still sitting on the edge of the bed while waiting for him.

Ana then turned her feet towards her dresser to see her condition which she felt was very messy, and sure enough when she saw her reflection reflected, Ana's hair was very disheveled.

Ana just straight fix his appearance while giving a slight touch on his face to make it a little fresh when seen and Alex he just pay attention to what is being done by Ana.
