Inside the Crystal Tree

Li Xue should be grateful that An Tianzuo had brought her in. Not that he was grateful, but he had instead crossed the line so An Tianzuo became a little angry at him.

Did I make him angry? Have I been insulting him? Li Xue became wondering in her mind, she did not know what to do so that An Tianzuo would not get angry at her.

The gap on the bubble shield was then completely closed. It was already like before it was opened by the tightly shut An Tianzuo without the slightest gap.

His friend Li Xue just stood outside the shield hoping that Li Xue would not happen at the moment inside the crystal tree. They would still wait until Li Xue walked out of that crystal tree.

"Wait for me." Li Xue said as she walked after An Tianzuo to follow him.

Li Xue wanted to follow An Tianzuo because he was strong so it would be safer with him. I don't know what made Li Xue so trusting of him, that she wanted to be together and follow him.

Is it possible because Li Xue did not know which was good and which was evil so she chose to follow him? Or because Li Xue sensed that An Tianzuo was harmless? Whichever was true, Li Xue kept following An Tianzuo, as he had promised to just take a look at what was inside the crystal tree.

An Tianzuo and Li Xue then entered the crystal tree through the door that had previously been opened. Inside it was so dark that it could not be seen at all what was in front of or beside it.

"It's really very dark here, I don't even know what's ahead. You, can you see what's ahead?" Li Xue asked An Tianzuo, he had thought that An Tianzuo could see clearly in the darkness.

"No, do you think that I can see in the dark? Do you think I have eyes of light or something?" An Tianzuo said as he walked slowly in the darkness.

"I guess you have some kind of technique that can see in the dark. So what do we do now?" Li Xue said as she followed An Tianzuo closely for fear of getting lost.

After a few steps, suddenly a torch interjected on the wall. The flame from the torch was red like the color of the previous crystal tree.

The torches are parallel to each other, from left and right. Because of that torch, it could now be clearly seen what was inside this crystal tree.

The walls, the floor, were all black like a crystal tree, and it was straight ahead, but it was still invisible what was ahead as it was still dark as before.

"These fountains suddenly lit up, could there be a ghost that brought them to life?" Li Xue was a little scared because the torch suddenly lit up by itself.

Li Xue pouted as An Tianzuo ignored her, he then said, "Basic, is he not afraid of ghosts to ignore my words? It sucks."

"Did you say something?" An Tianzuo asked Li Xue because he seemed to hear a remark.

Li Xue said in a small voice as if she seemed to whisper because her words did not want to be heard by An Tianzuo. So that made An Tianzuo not hear what was said by him.

"No-no, I didn't say anything." Li Xue's eyes glanced to the left indicating that she was lying.

After a few steps forward which was very dark, suddenly the torch lit up again on the wall. Every step towards the darkness, the torch suddenly always lit up. So that it will automatically light up every step into the darkness.

After a long walk and following a straight path, suddenly a door was seen in front, where to the left and right a torch was lit. There were ancient carvings on the door, making it look luxurious and mysterious.

The door was made of red-colored crystal and there was a hilt on the door. There is no keyhole on the door, and there is only a handle so it looks by pushing or pulling it will open.

"At the end we find something else, because from earlier we only see the walls and torches that light themselves." Li Xue said as she looked at the door.

"You're right, I'm almost bored of constantly walking." An Tianzuo said as he sighed.

The two of them had been in front of the crystal door. An Tianzuo then held onto his doorknob to immediately open it as he was already impatient to see what was behind that door.

However, the door could not be opened, no matter how strong An Tianzuo pushed or pulled it, it remained tightly closed.

An Tianzuo had already expected that something like this would happen, since he had already experienced it before, at the moment of hitting this crystal tree.

"What's wrong? Can't this door be opened?" Li Xue asked An Tianzuo because she saw him as if he could not open that door.

"Right," An Tianzuo replied briefly.

Li Xue tried to open the door as well, but it was also the same as An Tianzuo who could not open it either. He searched around thinking that there might be some kind of 'Button' to open it, but ended up not finding it because it didn't exist at all.

An Tianzuo who saw Li Xue trying to find a clue to open the door, he then asked the system. He's better off relying on the system than looking here and there that will take a long time.
