Chapter 31. Help the old man
Risa rebuked Asraf who suddenly saluted Vin, The man who looked down on her.
"What are you doing, baby? why are you bowing to him? your status is higher than her, it should be her who should pay respect to you, instead" said Risa.
"Take care of your words. If you don't know anything, you better shut up." Asraf snapped, making the Mateo family scattered, seeing the attitude of Asraf who was so brave in yelling at his youngest daughter.
Risa who was upset and disappointed, left Asraf just like that and stirred up to her mother over Asraf's attitude.
"Hi you, how dare you yell at my sister. Do you want to die, you bastard." snapped back Mateo.
"Teach your sister, to be polite, I'm talking, but she'll just interrupt me." Saut Asraf defended himself, then ignored Mateo.
Asraf wanted to apologize, while there was a chance to meet Vin, for what he had done before.
" Sir, have you forgotten about me?" said Asraf who asked Vin to remember back.
After a few minutes of thinking, Vin just remembered that Asraf had a problem with him.
"Yes I just remembered," Vin replied as he recalled who Asraf really was.
"I'm sorry sir for what happened back then, I almost lost my job and even my life, for insulting you. At that time I really did not know that actually mister-"
"Enough not to continue. You have regretted your actions. Of course I'll forgive. And it should just be because you want to apologize to me, until you yell at a woman. I hope that something like this doesn't happen again and you have to apologize to him and promise me you won't snap at him again" Vin said.
"I promise you, you won't do it again. Thank you, sir, for forgiving me. I can finally calm down."
Soon Vin saw the Watch in his hand and it seemed like it was already night.
"It seems I have to go" Vin said, then he approached Sifa and reached out his hand to take Sifa away from the restaurant.
Sifa who started to like Vin's attitude immediately returned Vin's hand and then shook him. They left the restaurant and let the Mateo family continue to grumble and talk about them behind.
They immediately headed to the car to leave, but as they were about to enter, they heard a woman screaming for help.
Hearing someone ask for help, Vin wanted to try to help. But soon Sifa held him back.
"Vin don't do it, you're not a doctor. You will be blamed on them if that person dies. I don't want you to get into that trouble. We better just go home." Prevent Sifa from worrying if Vin helps will instead get her in trouble.
"Sifa I know you're worried about me, but I can't stay silent to let people in need of help just ignore me. I wouldn't have calmed down, if I hadn't tried." replied Vin.
"But Vin-"
Yanpa spoke, Vin released the Sifa Watch, whereas Vin also had a Watch.
"What did you take my watch for?" ask Sifa protest.
"I just lent him a minute. Later I will explain why I borrowed it." said Vin, then went to approach the woman who asked for help earlier.
Vin approached the old man lying next to his grandson who kept crying for help.
"What happened to her?" ask Vin. Sifa who could not leave Vin could only see what he was going to do.
" I don't know, just suddenly when I came out of the restaurant, Grandpa suddenly collapsed and immediately like this. Please save my grandfather." Answer the woman.
Vin looked over the grandfather's body, then he used a gemstone ring to confirm. Vin checked Grandpa's condition and he found out if the poison in the grandfather's body had spread to all vital organs, and if not immediately saved, most likely the Grandfather will not last much longer.
"This cannot be allowed, just a little late then fatal consequences." murmured Vin.
"If you want to save him, then you have to bind the poison in the body so as not to continue to spread. Use a silver needle to bind to the poison, and you should be able to get him to empty his bowels." Say the gemstone, to help Vin.
Vin immediately understood, and immediately took the acupuncture needles he had.
Did Vin save the old man? then what will Sifa do when Vin wants to try to treat it?
