"Anu, Doc. There's one more patient."

Gabriel, who had just risen from his seat and was intending to have lunch because the break had stopped because of the words of a nun who was accompanying him.

"Patient? Whatchu mean? It's already a break. Tell the patient I want to rest first" said Gabriel, who walked outside.

"But, Doc. This patient said that she was a close friend of the doctor." said the nurse again and managed to arrest Gabriel.

Gabriel scrunched his forehead. "Who?" ask the man who is the obstetrician.

"The patient said that he did not want to be named" said the nurse Gabriel increasingly confused.

He finally told the nurse who accompanied him to ask the patient who claimed to be his close friend to enter his room. After a while had passed, someone gushed into the room.

"Anas?'' how shocked Gabriel was to find the patient the nurse referred to was Anas, someone from his past.

Gabriel was really surprised because of that. As she recalled, Anas had not married at all just recently got engaged. But today, Anas came to his room as a patient which means he wants to check the contents.

"What's right here? I didn't expect you to come." said Gabriel, who sat down at his desk.

The woman with the name Anas smiled at Gabriel before finally putting on a look of uneasiness.

"Hm, so, I came here to actually.." the woman's words paused, she stared doubtfully at Gabriel before her.

Anas sighed, hesitating to tell Gabriel the truth. This sounded like a disgrace, let alone Gabriel being the one who knew him well, even the two of them had been involved in the story of the past. Anas was a little sorry, he should have just come somewhere else instead of going to Gabriel's hospital which was his own friend.

"Help me, Gabr. Help me check my contents, " said Anas with a worried look.

Gabriel rubbed his face harshly, hearing Anas' half-way speech.

"Well, you tell me everything, Nas. Don't be half like this" Gabriel said.

"I was impregnated by my own fiancee, Gabr. After that, he did not want to take responsibility, I was confused as to how." Anas' voice sounded trembling.

Hearing that, Gabriel was just stunned. He didn't even know how to calm her down. The problem is, this is not an easy thing to overcome. And, of course, this is a disgrace of its own for Anas. He saw the look on the woman's face before him, showing considerable concern.

Gabriel felt sorry for Anas' sudden condition like this. He had no choice but to help her and all he could do was take care of her.

"Alright, calm down, Nas. I'll help you." said Gabriel, who then ordered Anas to go to bed to be examined for her contents.

"Thank you, Gabr. Sorry, I surprised you like this and even took your break. I don't know where else to go, the first thing that comes to my mind when a pregnancy sign appears is you. I think I should ask you for help because you're an obstetrician," said Anas trying to look good. Gabriel understood very well how Anas was.

The day went by so quickly, Gabriel often found a call from Anas who asked questions all over the pregnancy. Occasionally, Anas also came to his room to be examined. And, Gabriel increasingly felt that it was an obligation for him to help Anas.

Gabriel's cell phone rang, prompting the gynecologist to rush to reach for his phone which he placed on the dinner table. On the other hand, his wife Leni, confused by Gabriel's cell phone that has been ringing since yesterday. In fact, it's the weekend.

Gabriel raised that call of course from Anas, "Hello, Nas?'' gabriel raised the call.

"Hello, Gabr. I'm sorry, it's been a distraction for your time, here's something I'd like to ask you about my contents again," anas said across the street in a tone that showed that he felt bad for bothering Gabriel this weekend.
