"Six o'clock Ibnu's doctor will come, ma'am." replied the nurse.

"Okay ma'am, I tried to ask ya first." replied the nurse.
The nurse pulled out her cell phone from her nurse's uniform and called Ibnu's doctor.
It turned out that Ibnu's doctor wanted to fulfill Kila's request.
"Wait for ya ma'am, Ibn's doctor is coming soon" said the nurse.
Half an hour later.
Now Ibnu's doctor was in Kila's nursery.
"What's wrong? Have you made a decision when you can have surgery?" ask doctor Ibnu.
Kila nodded her head.
"But I won't do surgery in this hospital doc. Not pa-pa, right?" answer Kila.
Doctor Ibnu only smiled faintly.
"It is not a problem, wherever you want to be in surgery as long as you have to immediately perform the removal of the uterus" replied Ibnu's doctor.
"If you can tell which hospital you want to do the surgery? let me make a letter of reference. What's in Singapore?" ask doctor Ibnu.
Kila nodded her head.
"Yes doc, I plan to do an operation there" replied Kila.
"Later? Can't you do it now Doc? I also want to get out of the hospital" asked Kila.
"But your condition has not recovered, maybe the day after you can just get out of the hospital" replied Ibnu's doctor.
"But I want to get out now doc and want to go straight to Singapore." please Kila.
Doctor Ibnu sighed harshly.
"Then I tell Mr. Juna first well." replied Ibnu's doctor.
"Don't doc! Don't tell my boyfriend." forbid Kila.
"Why? Mr. Juna will leave you with me and the nurse here, so whatever action we will take on you, we must tell Mr. Juna."
"There was a problem in his company and now Juna is in Surabaya, so I don't want to add to his mind. Doctor Ibnu and the nurse came out of Kila's nursery.
Two hours later, Kila was out of the hospital. But the goal after leaving the hospital was not to go to a hospital in Singapore as Kila had told Ibnu, but to go to the hospital where Kila first learned of his illness.
Kila deliberately lied to Ibnu's doctor, so that no one knew that Kila was still in the country.
