Amira runs to find a medicine box to help Darren. Nancy who saw Amira so furious and also very upset made herself hate Amira even more.
Amira found the medicine box in her suitcase. Darren endured the pain while looking towards Amira who was so attentive to him.

Amira could only be silent, there was a pain in her heart, when Nancy heard Nancy's words to her. Amira forgets that Darren used to be angry and does not consider himself to be her rightful wife and chooses another woman. Amira thinks that Darren is only pretending to accept himself and will throw him away someday.
"Are you just pretending to be me?" Tanya Amira glazed.
"No, Amira please listen to my explanation. For you Nancy you're out of my house" hardik Darren stared intently.
"No, this village woman who has to leave this house and not me" said Nancy did not want to lose.
Amira, who is done giving drugs and plaster to Darren, immediately exits the room to leave Darren.
"Where are you going?" Pekik Darren is trying to catch up to Amira.
"No, I'm not a cheap woman you can use. I know you don't love me but please don't ever have another woman in our house including Nancy" Amira said.
Nancy who was chasing Amira also immediately attacked and managed to slap Amira very hard.

"How dare you instigate Darren from me, my suspicions all this time for you turned out to be true that you were used by Amira. You have to believe it's Darren I'm your love and I'm your future" Nancy said.
Darren's emotion at seeing Amira being slapped by Nancy made him stare sharply and immediately slapped back at Nancy.

Amira who was touching her right cheek immediately ran to see Darren and Nancy's quarrel made her fed up. Amira thinks that she is only used by Darren. Darren immediately chased Amira downstairs, when Amira was about to open the main door, Amira heard Darren's moaning, she looked back. There was Darren who was grimacing in pain from the throwing of Nancy's vase that hit his hand.
"Aww, please Amira don't go, my sister Clara must be very sad after knowing you're gone" Darren said. I don't know why Amira felt sorry to see Darren who was holding pain in his hand area.
"Are you okay?" Amira asked over looking worried making Darren smile towards Amira.
"I thought you were a good person, Amira. I did this on purpose so you wouldn't get out of my life, after knowing all Nancy's lies. I became blind to your kindness towards me, forgive me Amira," said Darren.
Amira helps Darren head to his room, making Nancy grow furious with Amira.
"Amira has gone too far, I will repay her for everything she did to me" Nancy stared intently.
"Amira, please trust me, I'm sorry before," Darren said as he opened the room door.
Amira can only be silent not to mengubris every remark Darren made to him.
"Stop, I'm not a cheap woman you can cheat on" Amira said firmly.
