Frederick saw Rania unconscious on the bed. Next to Christina stood with a face full of hatred seeing the arrival of Frederick and the secretary huh.

"Rania?" call Frederick.

"Rania fainted" said Christianto.

"What's? How come?" ask Frederick in panic.

Christiano preferred silence rather than answering Frederick's question.

"Davin take Rania to the hospital, hurry!" shouted Frederick.

"If you take him outside the people who make him will hunt" Christianto cut.

"What's really going on?" ask Frederick.

"Rania was chased by some men and I accidentally saw her running towards the forest." Frederick and Davin look at each other because of Rania's astonishment at the pursuit of unknown men.

"Davin, find out about this!" Frederick's orders.

"Okay, sir," replied Davin's secretary directly leaving the apartment.

Frederick had the doctor personally examine Rania as unconscious. Long enough to be examined until the doctor can explain the health condition of Rania.

"Miss Rania has a pretty heavy wound on her back huh Sir. I have given the drug after realizing later give this medicine to drink," he said.

"just that? No other injuries?" ask Frederick worriedly.

"Only bruised Master, there is ointment in the oleks when Miss finished cleaning her body," added the doctor.

"You can come back, about the fee Davin's secretary will transfer" Frederick continued.

"Okay sir" he answered quickly.

From behind the door Christiano saw Frederick deftly take care of Rania still unconscious. Christianto's hatred is growing towards the man who has separated him from Rania.

"Rania you're suffering too much but that man doesn't know how you feel right now" she said.

Frederick unintentionally saw Christianto's shadow coming straight out of bed.

"I don't have the authority to see Rania, sir." Christianto immediately left the place choosing to leave.

Frederick felt guilty because he had already separated two blood brothers.

The sound of the moans removed the daydreams of Frederick turned out to be aware of Rania because of the influence of the drug earlier.

"Rania, are you okay?" ask Frederick in panic.

"Where am I?" ask yes while sitting but because there is an infusion he is difficult to move.

"Don't move, you're Rania's safe place right now" whispered Frederick.

"Don't come any closer, you bad guys just want to enjoy my body?!" rania shouted strongly.

"What do you mean Rania?" ask Frederick astonished.

"You bad guys are gone! Don't come closer or I'll be gone for good?!" threaten Rania quickly he took the object on the nightstand.

"Don't try to do it Rania, we can talk calmly," pleaded Frederick so that Rania did not sort of do that.

"Why am I alive again, you all want this body destroyed right? I'll make it happen?" Frederick cried out until he woke up from a dream.

Dreams are not real, Rania is still at home to sleep until Frederick chose to go to the bathroom wash his face. He saw the face behind a mirror that is always in the hunt for paparazzi only personal interests.

"Dreams are like reality?" he said while imagining the contents of that dream.

Frederick's startling screams were still at home in the mirror as Rania rebelled against Christiano for release.

"Don't touch me, you bad guy!" his yell.

"Rania, this is my sister" said Christianto trying to calm Rania.

"Men like you want this body, right? Alright I'll make it happen let you guys be satisfied!" her crying.

"Stop Rania! Don't hurt yourself!" jolt Christianto strong until the little tuhuh was trembling.
