Chapter 26: The Fight Before the Semi-Final (IV )
Rentaro gave off an extremely powerful aura of magic energy and killing intent
"It looks like he's not messing around when he says he's going to be serious" Simon said unhappily
Simon smiled wryly because of their current situation, Azami also understood about their situation and she decided
"It seems like there is no other way but that plan" Azami said suddenly
"Are you serious !!?" simon was surprised

Some time before Simon and Azami get out of the building
"I have a plan but this is a little rash" Azami said
"At least let me listen, after that we can decide together" Simon replied
"Then I'll tell you. I have a technique called Lightning strike that focuses the lightning energy on my sword and body in order to attack the enemy with speed and sharpness that exceeds ordinary fast attacks" Azami explained
"I know about it, it must be the technique you used against Kotagawa. What does this have to do with your plan ?" ask Simon

You'll catch his attention and keep him busy and take him away from me after that while you're keeping him busy I'll start to make preparations for my sword Magic Technique, once I'm ready all you need to do is bring him to my attack range" Javan Azami explained his plan
"That's not a bad idea, but are you sure you can do it ?" ask Simon

"50%? That's very unconvincing" Simon said

"Azami, quickly tell me what happens if you fail to do so. Otherwise don't expect me to work together on your plan" Simon threatened

"What are you saying !!?" Simon was surprised
"I told you, if I fail to do so all the energy I am gathering for the Technique will be out of control" Azami replied
"Do you know what happens if your magic energy gets out of control !!?" simon was angry
"I know more or less, Even so I will still do it" Azami replied
"Are you serious about this ? this plan can kill you you know !!! it was not like a minor wound" Simon asked
"Indeed this is an idea that is 50%-50% likely%. But this is the only way I can think of to fight it" Azami replied
"It's a crazy idea, it's better we don't have to use it" Simon said
"No, we'll use it" Azami said
"Just calm down because you're so against it, we won't use this plan unless we get no other way to defeat it, how ?" ask Azami
"Then, I understand" replied Simon

"Isn't it better to use another idea ?" ask Simon to avoid using Azami's plan
"Another idea ? likewhat?" ask Azami
Simon was unable to answer that question, as he also had no idea of defeating Rentaro
"Just calm down, I won't fail to use this technique" Azami said with a relaxed smile
"Even if you say that. This technique can kill you if you fail to collect your magic energy, even before you can use it, are you aware of it ?" simon was a little angry
"I think that's the only way we can get out of this situation alive" Azami replied
Simon was silent after Azami said that, what Azami said was not wrong. Their situation is very bad and what can save them is Azami's technique.
But it was a rudimentary technique hence this technique was extremely risky.The chances of him being able to withstand the magic energy focused on his body stably were only 50% successful and 50% failed.
If it was a successful victory they might be able to obtain but if it were to fail, the dense energy he had focused on his body would injure himself because he was unable to endure it, he said, and that is why Simon opposed Azami to using the technique

"Well, let's do the plan" Simon said

Suddenly Rentaro spoke while still giving off a dangerous aura around him
"Have you said your prayers and farewell words ?" ask Rentaro Seriously
"Are you stupid ? maybe I suggest you do better" replied Simon
After Simon said that Rentaro immediately shot simon, even though simon can handle it well. After dodging Sakamaki's shot, Simon immediately ran forward quickly towards Rentaro then attacked him with his spear and scratched his body. Rentaro is now cornered
"Basic Fucking hunter students" Rentaro said angrily
Rentaro retaliates against Simon by shooting him in a very close paraded, Simon is hit by the attack, but only leaves a scratch because he had avoided it only. They continued to chase and retaliate against each other, thus making them stay away from Azami
Realizing that state Azami immediately prepared her sword Magic Technique
"Finally they left too, now it's my turn to work" Azami thought smiling
