"Why are these nights when I meet? you're lacking a job, aren't you?" palu protest, while showing his upset face.
"Not yet nine, Pan. You sit down!" sahut Arka while throwing his smile.
Yes, after his call with Ruby was interrupted earlier, Arka who was upset immediately contacted Pandu and invited his best friend to meet at the cafe where they used to meet.
Pandu sighed heavily and sat down in front of Arka. "You've got a problem, so ask me to meet?" ask Pandu, and this time there is no look on his face anymore. The man now raised his hand to call the servant.
"Please, bring me some strawberry juice, ma'am!" said Pandu and the waiter nodded his head and passed away.
"I'm dizzy again, Pan. I've run out of ways to get Ruby to take me back. It's been three months, but why does she still doubt me?" Arka rubbed her face violently.
"According to what I heard from ...." Pandu hung his words, like feeling heavy saying the name he wanted to say. At the same time, the man's order came.
"Why are you silent? from whom?" Arka squinted her forehead.
"Emm, that's .. from Tiara. She told me once that you said you didn't want to have Ruby's child. Even if there is, you will eliminate it. Those are the words he always remembers. He does not want you to pretend to be good, pretend to love him just to find an opportunity to eliminate them," Pandu said.
"God! a totally absurd reason. I want to eliminate my three children? no way, Pan. Had I wanted to, I could have easily eliminated them from their birth without having to pretend to love them. Why can't he think that way anyway?" Arka looks emotional.
"Yes, it's now your job, work hard to convince him, and erase those words from his memory" Pandu said, sipping his drink.
"How's how? I've done everything."Arka looks frustrated.
"Emm, how about you temporarily stay in Bali, so you can freely approach it. It's free for you to pay attention from a distance like this" Pandu proposed
"But I come there almost every month? I had actually asked him to go back to the Network and hand over the restaurant managed by his confidant, but he refused" Arka said, scratching his head.
Brakkk
The guide kicked the Ark's chair.
"What the hell, Pan? why did you kick my chair?" arka protest, staring at Pandu sharply.
"Actually it's not your chair that I want to kick, but your head so you can think. How could you ask him to come to Jakarta? the one who fought you! if not for you my best friend I have invited you to Mars" said Pandu. It seems like the man is really upset.
"Yes too? like you who'd been there for months just to be able to fight for Tiara's heart. Aye right?"
Pandu's face instantly turned flat hearing Arka mention the name of the woman he was struggling to forget.
"Oh yeah, how's he doing? the two of you have both returned to Jakarta, but why are you two unmarried as well? and one more thing, why did you feel so heavy saying his name? you guys have a problem, right?" ask Arka again, in a row.
"Don't switch the conversation! we're talking about Ruby, not Tiara" Pandu said, trying to avoid talking about Tiara.
"Lho, why? is it okay if we talk about you and Tiara too? was I wrong to ask when you were getting married?" Arka squinted her forehead. He felt that something was going on between Pandu and the woman who was Ruby's best friend.
"Ahh, stop! I don't want to talk about it anymore. If you still want to talk about it, I better go home," Pandu intends to stand up, but Arka swiftly prevents it.
Pandu sat back down and sipped his drink again. The silence paused for a split second between the two charismatic men. The next second a puff of breath was heard from Arka's mouth while confirming her sitting.
"Sir, will you not accompany me?" chirps Arka suddenly, breaking the silence.
"Where?" sahut Pandu, short.
"To Risa's sister's house, Ruby's sister,"
"What do you do there? it's night, Ka! don't be that weird, you,"
"I want to try to seduce Risa to persuade Ruby, to come back with me. I hope that if her brother is persuaded, Ruby will quickly change her mind," said Arka, excitedly.
"I know that you really want Ruby to change her mind quickly, but it doesn't have to be tonight. We're just as disruptive to people's rest. So, sorry, I don't want to!" push the Guide firmly.
Arka again fell silent, not refuting Pandu's words because he knew that what his friend said, was true.
"What about tomorrow? will you accompany me there?" ask Arka with a hopeful look.
"Sorry, I can't, Ka! because tomorrow I have a very important job and I cannot stay" Pandu replied with a face that felt bad.
"Yes, tomorrow I'll be there myself!" finally Arka.
"It's time we went home. There's nothing else you want to talk about?" ask Pandu while standing from his chair.
"There is no! Let's just go home!" Arka raised her hand, calling the servant back.
After Arka made the payment, the man stood up from his seat. "Come, Pan!" said Arka as she turned and stepped. But not far away, Arka again stopped and turned around.
"Why, Pan ? he said he wanted to go home, but why are you still standing there?" Arka squinted her forehead.
Pandu did not answer at all. The man stared at the pair of men and women who had just entered the cafe. Pandu did not know the man, but he knew the woman who was none other than Tiara.
"It's late, but why is he still hanging out?" batin Pandu, grumbling in the heart.
"It looks like the guy's not a nice guy, what kind of guy still takes women out these nights?" again Pandu grumbled. The man's breathing seemed disordered as he was trying to contain his anger.
Meanwhile, Arka walked back to Pandu. The man was convinced that his best friend was not doing well with Tiara.
"Sir, do you want to go home or do you still want to pay attention to them?" arka's voice resuscitated Pandu.
"We'll just go home!" The guide went ahead of the Ark.
Arka sighed with a single blow, then followed Pandu.
