And because the white peacock cloud is a creature of light element so it is very easy for her to manipulate the serapf race because she is a goddess with full control of the light element.
But one day at the peak of the upper goddess a serapf with the element of darkness was born, because at that time he did not check the elements of his entire clan and at the time of the blessing of the light element he gave did not manage to control the absorption.
