"I know this is so unkind and shameless. But, I will be joining the New Gods soon. Once I'm in the game, I won't be able to take care of Ely. I didn't think about this before, but now as a father, I need to think about it."

"Quest systems in this game can be very difficult and long. Sometimes I might not get out in time. Elenor may have power, but she lives in a noble family. We both know how bad the children of such families are in their daily activities."

"Yes... So, I'll help you move your stuff here. Since I will use the game capsule to sleep at night, you can use my bedroom. Even though I play a lot, I'll try to spend some time during the day." Brian said awkwardly while trying to behave as usual.

"I'm a werewolf, you know? I can do it myself. And..." Charlotte shook her head and refused. But then, she lowered her head and blushed, continuing, "I can cook good food."

"I know, you used to bring me stuff. By the way, I'm leaving now." Brian was feeling very awkward. He took the bags and went with Ely.

Behind her, Charlotte clenched her hands and thought, Starting today, I will live a dream life. Brian, I must have made you fall in love with me.'

Charlotte is a werewolf who lost her family during a vampire invasion in Zone B. Like Brian, he also lives alone, but for Charlotte it's a new opportunity to find new friends. Due to the same fate, Brian and Charlotte quickly become friends.

However, before realizing it, Charlotte had already begun to feel feelings for Brian. He was afraid of ruining his friendship with Brian, so he decided to create a strange mental barrier between the two. This leads to their relationship from friend to classmate.

It was to the point where the two called each other Father and Mother. However, Charlotte was not worried. Because Brian is not interested in having a girlfriend. For five years, he remained alone. So, Charlotte knew that she had a chance if she was patient enough to wait for the right moment. Although they were not close friends, Charlotte always talked to him compared to most of her classmates.

Now, that opportunity has come. Though it comes like bad news for Charlotte, she is smart enough to understand that the opportunity is hidden behind bad news.

However, there is a big problem. And, this was the same matter that had made him feel calm for five years. Brian was pretty funny. His indifferent behavior made it even difficult to possess his heart. So, he knew he had to devise some good plans. Brian wasn't that cute before High School, but after that, he changed.

Charlotte made some great resolutions in her mind and went to her room.

Brian is really confused. This was the first time he had asked a girl to stay in his house. She never even brought her boyfriend with her when she was in High School. It could be because of his parents, but he himself had never asked a girl to come to his house.

He hurriedly went to his room and started to tidy up even though his apartment was already very clean.

"Dad, can I ask you something?" Elenor went into her room and spoke.

"Yes, Ely?" Brian kept cleaning while listening.

"Did you love Mom?" But when Ely asked the question, his hand stopped moving. He took a deep breath and asked, "Do you want to hear a lie or the truth?"

"Mom says lying is bad. So tell me the truth" said Elenor, clenching her hand with a hint of sadness in her eyes.

"No! I don't love her. But I can love him. You're too small to understand this but if she's willing to put in some effort, then I might be able to fall in love with her. But, for now, I don't love her." Brian answered honestly.

Listening to the reply, Elenor was heartbroken. Elenor almost shed tears but suddenly Brian stroked her head.

"Of course, not loving her doesn't mean I don't love you. Even though I didn't do a DNA test, I can feel that connection with you. So, how could I not love my own daughter? And, you said you tracked me through a DNA test. I don't think anyone would have done it just to find me if it wasn't my own daughter."

"Huhoo! Dad, I really don't hate you. So, don't hate him." Elenor could not say that her mother loved her. Because he doesn't know if his mother really loves him or not. But she knew her mother didn't hate her.

After all, he had seen his mother's cruelty. If he even had a hint of hatred, he would have already killed him.

"Haha! Don'worry. I wouldn't hate him. How could I hate someone I don't even know? Anyway, we don't talk about him. You must be hungry. I'll make ramen fast." Brian stroked his daughter's head and left.

She didn't want to say that she would love her mother. Because it could not happen. And, he did not like to make erratic promises. So, he could only change the subject.

Elenor wiped away her tears and forced a smile on her face as she chased after her father while shouting.

"I want miso."

"Yes, yes!" Brian started making ramen for three people. A few minutes later, Charlotte arrived. So, they ate together. After eating, she helps Charlotte move her belongings into her house.

Looks like Charlotte really intends to move here. He brought all his clothes and all his work-related stuff, and within minutes, Brian's apartment became full. So, he started sorting those items. He didn't want this apartment to be a mess.

While she cleans the entire apartment, Charlotte goes to the kitchen and cooks dinner. It's night. She's pretty good at cooking. After dinner, Charlotte takes a shower and goes to her room with Elenor while Brian goes to an empty room.

Finally, he took out a knife and began to open the packaging. After opening the packaging, he saw a large round pod inside. The pod has a glass tube near the face but the rest is covered with metal.

He connected the power suitable for the socket. This socket has two connections, one is the main connection and the other is the generator. If the main connection is off, the pod can still run for a few days. He came out of the room and came back with a few bottles of nutrients.

He touched the bottom of the pod and an open container. He put bottles of nutrients in it. Inside the container, there is a sharp straw that makes a hole in the lid and continues to transfer nutrients to his body.

Finally, he closed the door and took off his clothes, leaving only his underwear. He opened the main door and entered the pod. After closing the door, he pressed a small silver button on the side.
