Chapter 21: In Big Trouble

Aster kept daydreaming beside Aiden who was driving. Currently they are both on their way to the project site that became the main destination of their trip.

Aster shakes. "There's nothing wrong, it's just that I'm jealous of both of them. Those who are animals only have a partner, then why do I who are human do not even have it. Isn't this so unfair to me?" He looked at Aiden who was also staring at him.

Aiden snorted amusedly hearing what the girl was saying. Totally absurd, Aiden thought Aster was silent because of what. It turned out that he was envious of squirrels. Truly a unique girl and step.

"Why are you even dressed like this?" Aster looked at Aiden questioningly. He needed an explanation for why this man changed his clothes.

"You'll know for yourself when we get there." Aiden answered and then restarted the engine.

What Aiden said made Aster curious. What makes him willing to disguise himself as one of the project workers, maybe something happened? Aster will find out later.

They both arrived at the location. From a distance Aster and Aiden see one of the workers who is being scolded by the project foreman. Not only scolded he was also insulted and reviled. Curious What happened Aster decided to approach the two of them and leave Aiden alone.

The foreman turned his head and stared intently at this woman in front of him. He wondered where this girl had come from and was suddenly already nearby. "Who are you and what do you know? You better go and don't interfere!!"
