After the ring installation has been completed now next is a surprise birthday for Kelvin, when the Host asked Kelvin to say a word of greeting to the guests, Mommy safa accompanied by Daddy Albert took off the stage to take the Birthday Cake which was prepared by the committee, while Kelvin and Nisa still stayed on stage.

When Kelvin had finished saying a word to the invited guests arrived a happy birthday song from Jamrud, you can see Mommy Safa and Daddy Albert coming over to Kelvin and Nisa while Daddy Albert brings a birthday cake with a candle that has been lit.

All the guests applauded and some followed the song, Kelvin himself he forgot that today was his birthday.

“Come blow the lights boy, Daddy is tired of holding his cake” said Daddy Albert

“Do not forget to make a wish first dear” continued Mommy safa

Kelvin followed his parents' orders before blowing out the candles and prayed to his heart and closed his eyes, whether what prayer he offered by Kelvin only Kelvin knows for sure maybe he will pray to be united with the woman he loves who is none other than Nisa.

After praying Kelvin immediately blew the lily and immediately can be applauded from all the entire ballroom.

“Happy birthday dear, may a long and healthy life always and always be blessed with God, aminn” said Mommy safa while hugging her son and not forgetting mommy safa gave a kiss on Kelvin's cheek.

“Happy Birthday Boy, wish you all the best yes” said Daddy Albert hugging kelvin.

“Thank you dad” said Kelvin and then broke the embrace of Daddy Albert.

“Well now mommy and Daddy have a birthday gift for you dear” said Mommy safa.

“Mommy rich Kelvin little boy only given gifts all” said Kelvin

“Don't be wrong boy, surely you will thank us if you already know the gift is not mom” continued Daddy Albert while patting Kelvin's shoulder.

“Dad, try pinching me” said Kelvin made Daddy Albert immediately pinch Kelvin's arm.

“Aw, dad” pain said Kelvin while stroking the arm pinched by his Daddy.

“Ya said you daddy in told pinch how sih” said Daddy Albert.

“Happy Biryhday mas” says Nisa makes Kelvin immediately embrace her.

“This is really you are dear, mas do not dream kan” said Kelvin who still hugs Nisa.

“So mas, this is really me” replied Nisa made Kelvin immediately closed his eyes and did not feel until he let out his tears.

Then they broke his embrace and Kelvin immediately grabbed Nisa's hands and looked at Nisa's beautiful face with clinging.

“Yes, your god is crying” said Nisa while wiping the tears that came out of the corner of Kelvin's eye.

“Where is mommy's surprise success right?” Ask Mommy safa

“Banget, anyway Mommy and you dear have to explain to me later” said Kelvin staring at the faces of Nisa and Mommy alternately.

The surprise was over, now it was time for the guests to enjoy the entertainment and eat a meal. How happy Kelvin was tonight when he found out who his future wife was, from earlier he chatted to and fro with the guests clasping Nisa's hands not spared in the slightest until Nisa went to the toilet and she followed him and waited in front of the ladies' toilet, maybe people if they see it say it's better well but according to Kelvin it's not.
