Seeing Lia who was lying weak, the woman stepped closer and stood beside Lia.

He looked at Lia with pity

"Kc... You weakling! So unfortunate of you. Poor thing... You must be lonely here alone every day, ck..ck..."

The woman holds the infusion hose and accelerates the flow of her intravenous fluids.

"Gue help you, can't you? You must be in pain and already feel at home lying here, I will make you not feel pain anymore" said the woman cunningly

He then took something from his bag, like a medicine bottle.

The woman then injects the drug into Lia's intravenous fluid.

His smile was so wide that he was happily watching how his medicinal solution fused with his infusion liquid.

"Good sleep, Lia.." whispered in Lia's ear and left immediately.

When the woman just came out of Lia's room, she accidentally passed Lucas to make him fall on the floor.

"Sory, are you papa?" lucas asked with his hand out to help the woman stand up

Instead of accepting Lucas' hand, the woman brushed his hand away, stood alone and just walked away.

Luca felt strange about the woman, in addition to looking rushed the woman also seemed to not want to show her face.

Soon Lucas opens the door and enters Lia's room, much to Lucas' surprise at the sight of his wife who has already been spastic.

His eyes immediately opened wide, and his heartbeat seemed to stop for a few seconds.

"Lia.." cried Lucas and ran over.

"Darling, what's going on. Why are you doing this?"

Lucas immediately pressed the emergency button while continuing to shout calling the doctor.

Soon the doctor came and immediately handled Lia, the nurse then asked Lucas to wait outside.

"Listen, make sure nothing happens to my wife. If not__"

"Yes sir, we will do everything possible for your wife. Now please wait outside"

Lucas who returned only intended to retrieve his meeting files left behind must now cancel all his meetings.

He did not want to leave the current Lia with his condition like this.

As he was sitting on the chair with his face covered, hp rang.

Without seeing who called him Lucas immediately turned off his phone.

He sat down with his mind muddled thinking about how his wife's current condition was.

His mind began to unsettle, he stood back and forth at the door hoping that the doctor would come out and give good news about his wife.

Half an hour later, the doctor came out of Lia's room, and Lucas approached her and asked

"What about my wife doc? Is she okay now?"

"There is an important right that you need to talk to your father, come with me to my room" the doctor asked

Lucas looked at his wife's face from the outside of the glass and then followed the doctor into his room.

"Alhamdulillah sir, the father's wife can pass the critical period. And now his condition has started to stabilize" replied the doctor

Lucas' tense face instantly turned into a smile, hearing that already greatly made him more relieved than before.

"What exactly happened to my wife, Doc, why did she suddenly have this seizure?"

"After we did the examination, we found the compound content of the poison that began to spread in the body of the father's wife"

Lucas was surprised not to hear that, "Poisons?? How come? What have you guys injected into my wife?" snapped it

"Sorry sir, we think there's another hand doing this. There's no way we medics would do such a forbidden thing"

"How could the security at this big hospital be such a ridiculous thing, do you think my wife's life is a toy?"

Lucas kicked the table, leaving the doctor shocked and frightened to see his anger.
