Eps. 13 Search for Hotels

A few minutes later the plane took off. During the nine-hour drive to Jakarta Sean seemed to sit quietly in the plane.

There was something that the man did on the plane. Long time he listened to the song through his headset listening to the sound of jazz music that finally made him fall asleep after three hours of listening to it.

The next four hours he woke up from his sleep and stared to the side.

“The passenger next to me is asleep.”tapnya when he saw a man who had fallen asleep. He then looked back and found the passengers behind him sleeping soundly as well as the other passengers on the plane.

“What time is it now ?”he muttered again then looked at the watch in his hand which indicated it was already late afternoon.

He took off his headset and put it back in his jacket pocket. Two hours to arrive in Jakarta. While waiting for the plane to arrive at his destination he also issued a pocket book about the resort he will visit this time.

“Srack..”.Sean turned page after page reading the guidebook pocketbook he bought before his departure.

Shortly after, he closed the book after he finished reading it.

Because it was still a long time he took out a rubik toy and started fiddling with it until finally all the colors he managed to make a clop.

“Hmm....”gumam the man looked back at the watch in his hand.

Because there's nothing he can do anymore. He also put back on the sunglasses he had removed and turned his head on the cushion of the chair staring at the view of the clouds from the window.

An hour later, the plane landed at Jakarta airport. Sean got off the plane walking out of the airport.

Outside the airport he stood by the road to wait for a taxi.

“Taxi.. !”sean shouted as he saw a taxi passing in front of him. The taxi he called did not stop.

“Maybe the taxi driver did not hear my voice.”his murmur saw the taxi he called passing in front of him. He repeated again and shouted louder as a taxi passed in front of him.

“Taxi.. !”call Sean again but again the taxi did not stop.

“What's wrong with the way I hailed a taxi?”again after failing to get a taxi. But he was not discouraged and repeated it several times. But still on the taxi that stopped.

A woman standing not far from where Sean was was was smiling saw him repeatedly fail to call a taxi. The woman approached and approached Sean.

“Did you call a taxi ? I'll help you ?”said a middle-aged woman asking him.

Sean did not understand what the woman was saying, he only understood the word taxi and the rest did not know.

“What this woman says I don't understand at all. What does he mean he wants to help me or take me to a taxi with him.”batin Sean guessed for himself what was said by the woman. And he tried to think positively of her.

“Sorry miss I can't speak in your language. Please help me get the taxi.” replied Sean asking for help on the middle-aged woman.

The woman also had no idea what Sean was saying.

“OK mister.. I hope you mean you ask me for help to get a taxi. I'll help you.”reply the woman while smiling and looking at her feather face.

“Pak... taxi... !”.call the woman while swinging her hand forward. The taxi stopped and opened the door for them.

“Thanks for helping me madam.”ucap Sean thanks the woman earlier.

The woman smiled and left and hailed another taxi for herself.

While in the taxi, the driver immediately drove forward after Sean sat down.

“Pak want to be delivered to where ?”ask the driver to Sean.

Sean who did not understand what the man said but could guess what he meant, befell him.

“Sir... help me please to the hotel nearby Anyer Beach.” Sean replied to the driver.

The driver did not understand what Sean was saying. He only understood the word hotel and Anyer.

“What does he mean by asking to be escorted to a hotel near Anyer Beach ?”his mind guessed by itself.

“Good sir..” replied the driver then continued the taxi to the road to Anyer Beach.

Seeing Sean who is a bule and looks not ordinary people, he decided to take Sean down in front of a five-star hotel there.

“It has arrived sir..”ucap the driver stopped a taxi in front of a hotel.

“Okay tank you. This is for the payment.”ucap Sean made some money on the driver.

The taxi driver returned the rest of the money Sean had given him.

“No... thanks sir, just take it for you as my tip.”ans Sean refused the change given to him and asked the man to keep it.

“It turns out people here are friendly. Unfortunately I do not understand their language.”batin Sean looked at the driver who thought he was honest.

Sean got down from the taxi and saw a tall hotel building in front of him. He walked in to book a room.

“Hopefully the staff at this hotel can understand my language.”batin Sean.

Sean approached the receptionist and conveyed his point.

“Miss... I need a single room here for three days. Could I reservoir the room ?”sean said he booked a room for himself.

Fortunately the receptionist understood what he was saying and gave him a key to the room. He also felt happy when there was a room boy who helped him lift his luggage and show his room.
