42. Kendra's Phrases

After Ema's arrival, Barack looked at his sister who was already preparing. Although it looked pale but Violetta still looked very beautiful.

"Wait.." said Barack.

Barack took Violetta's makeup bag. She chose a light-colored lipstick. So that Violetta doesn't look pale.

Barack applied the lipstick he chose to Violetta's lips. Barack knows because Ken wants to accompany Violetta to the beach before the operation later in the day.

At first Violetta was astonished to see her brother take her makeup bag. And she was surprised when she took her lipstick.

"Perfect" said Barack with a smile.

"This is the new princess' sister." added Barack.

Barack gave Violetta a mirror. A beautiful face that is getting thinner.

Violetta was ashamed of being praised by Barack. Violetta looked at herself in front of the mirror, her face that was not what it used to be.

Violetta touched her face.violetta felt sad about her change.

"You are so beautiful baby" said Barack in front of her. Because Violetta was in a wheelchair because she was ready to go.

At once Violetta lowered her head and Barack tried to comfort her.

"If shame is rich then your face is reddened rich boiled crab." Barack raised Violetta's face.

"Sister .." whining Violetta hit Barack's shoulder.

Making Barack laugh because he pranks his sister so as not to be sad.

"Why are you kidding here." said Ken who entered the room Violetta just like that.

"Ken," muttered Violetta. He doesn't know if Ken will be going to the beach this morning.

Ken saw Violetta's now very different appearance. How changes Violetta Ken still loves her woman long ago fills her heart even though it must be owned by others.

"Come on!" ask Barack to Ken who is daydreaming to see Violetta.

Instantly Ken awoke from his daydream as Barack whispered something. "My sister is beautiful."

"Ahh shit." said Ken.

Yes Violetta was beautiful from a long time ago until I was captivated by the charm of her beauty.

Ken could only speak inwardly.

Ken follows Barack who pushes Violetta's wheelchair out of the room.

Barack stopped his steps when he saw Violetta was about to get into whose car.

"Vio, will one car with me Bar!" said Barack.

Barack had expected her brother to be with Kendra Walker. And Barack will be in one car with Emma.

Ken took advantage of his two-hour time with Violetta because three hours from now Violetta would be running a spinal cord transplant operation.

Not just the four of them. But, Ken asked the medical team to also come in case because Violetta's health was sometimes erratic.

While Dave is instructed to make Ken a place for Violetta to feel comfortable later. Ken really prepared everything .

Along the way Ken kept on taking Violetta to talk.

"Thank you Ken, you'd like to take the time to accompany me this morning to the beach" said Violetta, looking over at Ken driving her car.

Ken smiled and turned his head for a while and refocused himself forward. "Don't ever say that, if it's a problem with you I'll be on standby when you need I'll always be there for you."

"Ken, I'm serious you don't fight that way." annoyed Violetta.

Ken reached for Violetta's hand to hold. "I'm serious Vio."

Barack and Emma are in the other car. They just keep quiet.

"It looks like Mr. Ken is so very happy from the radiance of his facial aura" said Emma who opened her conversation first.

"meaning?" Emma did not understand Barack's answer.

"You must know that your boss loved my sister for a long time but she wouldn't admit it." Barack focused on driving his car.

"Yes, I know that. What else I heard is that Miss Vio has officially parted ways with Mr. Rayan."

Emma thinks her boss doesn't like women because he never saw or heard Ken holding or dating any woman.

After Dave told me about Ken being so crazy about Violetta.

Violetta was so surprised to see Ken's efforts. At the sight of Ken pairing a beach umbrella and preparing a carpet to sit on the sand.

Ken didn't prepare any food because he knew Violetta was fasting for surgery later. In Ken's most important mind he can grant Violetta's wish to go to the beach before the operation.

"I'll spend two hours with you Vio" Ken said as he walked up to Violetta.

"Take this our first date, and just think of me as a man not your best friend or boss."

"What's" cried Violetta.

Ken smiled and knelt before Violetta.

"Violetta forgive me. Who dare not express my true feelings to you long ago."

"But, for today, this second and this beach that will bear witness if I Kendra Walker really love you Violetta Sanchez" Ken added.

From a distance Barack and Emma can see as Kendra expresses feelings to Violetta. They were swept away in their romance.

"Vio, will you marry me?" kendra said he reached into his suit pocket and thrust out a small box containing a diamond ring.

Violetta felt happy this was what Violetta had been waiting for a long time ago. However, for now Violetta is still not convinced to accept Ken's love.

"But Ken, I-I _ "

"I know, I can wait for you because you just got divorced." Ken cut Violetta's talk.

"It's not Ken, I'm the woman who...." Violetta shed her tears.

"There are so many shortcomings and maybe my age will not_"

Ken pulled Violetta's shoulder and kissed Violetta's lips to make Violetta glare as Ken suddenly kissed her lips.

Violetta hits Ken's shoulder to have her kiss off.

"I'm sorry" Ken said as he finished his kiss.

"I don't care what your shortcomings are right now, but please don't ever say that. I'm sure you'll be back to health as you were. Believe me, Vio!"

When Ken kisses Violetta, Barack and Emma are embarrassed and choose to look the other way.

Barack scratched his head and turned his gaze and said. "Emma are you thirsty let me buy you a drink."

"Oh yes sir, I think I'm thirsty over there I saw someone selling drinks" said Emma.

"Well, you wait here, let me buy you."

"Eh, wait for Mister, I'll go with you, sir" Emma said.

Emma would rather follow Barack than be Ken and Violetta's mosquito.

Ken reached out Violetta's hand and put her on Violetta's ring finger.

Violetta was shocked when she saw the diamond ring.

"Ken, this ring isn't her_ "

"Yes Vio, this ring was your choice when I asked you to choose someone first. And that someone is you."

"Oh my God Ken."

Violetta shut her mouth in disbelief. Because Ken used to love other women when he liked Ken.
