Apsarini lets Shane into her apartment which is still incomplete but at least there is a dining chair and they can eat at the bar table.

"Still haven't bought any furniture, Sari?" shane asked while looking around.

"There are still a few less and I've looked around at online stores but I'd rather see for myself" Apsarini replied. "You could say I'm a little conventional when it comes to buying things and furniture especially."

"Should I go with you?" bargain Shane while putting a bag of food on the kitchen table.

"No need. Thank you" Apsarini's smile took the plate and the glass. The girl was grateful that there were at least a lot of drinks in her refrigerator. It turned out that his instinct to buy a lot of drinks and snacks was useful.

Shane helped prepare the food he had brought with Apsarini's ordered meal and the man laughed.

"Why Shane?" ask Apsarini confused.

"Looks. East meet West's. I brought the western food while you ordered the sushi. It's really east meet West isn't it?" shane's smile.

Apsarini laughed and poured water and sparkling water into each glass. "Sorry there's no beer or alcoholic beverages here."

"It's okay. I was too full with beer let alone have the factory" replied Shane. "Well eat, I'm hungry."

"So Nelson's attorney's office defended Hugo Melker?" ask Shane.

"Yes, I saw the news on television and Nelson was interviewed by reporters and it seems Hugo will be free." Apsarini looked at Shane while putting sushi in her mouth.

"Did Nelson defend her?"

Apsarini shook her head. "From the family chat group, Thea defends Hugo. And I don't think Hugo killed his wife."

"How are you sure?"

"The lie is strong, Shane. At the time of the incident, Hugo was in Manhattan with dozens of witnesses there and plus national library CCTV also recorded Hugo's movements throughout the day. It was in the news online" Apsarini replied.

"Isn't that supposed to be confidential?"

"Sort of you don't know journalists and netizens let alone Hugo is a celebrity" Apsarini smiled.

Two days later Hugo Melker was at the cemetery and saw how mourners came including Salsabila's mother who was staring at him sharply for accusing herself of being the murderer of her daughter. Hugo was silent without any desire to explain anything because the NYPD had explained to his in-laws.

"Basic killer !" maki Salsabila's mother after the funeral and Hugo just stared flat.

"I'm not a killer !" reply Hugo in a cold tone.

"It's no wonder Sasha doesn't feel at home with you ! You're too stingy to be a husband !" snapped Salsabila's mother.

The man then went to his car and immediately left the cemetery. Nelson turned to Thea who was still confused by the words of Hugo's mother-in-law.

"Look for Thea. Is it true that he is stingy and will be one of the triggers of Salsabila cheating... If it's true" whispered Nelson.

"Yes mas. I'll investigate all of Hugo and Salsabila's finances."

"Thea, it is our duty to defend the client but we also have to know his background so that we can give understanding to the jury. Being a lawyer doesn't always have to win but at least you know your client's background."

Hugo Melker's House

After being acquitted of all provisional charges, Hugo was able to return home and was cleared by a cleaning service the day before he returned home. There were empty, upset, angry, sad feelings mixed in Hugo's heart. He did not expect his wife, whom he married four years ago, to play with fire behind him.

Hugo looked at the living room where Salsabila's body had been found a week ago but now the marble floor looked slimy and clean from all the pools of blood stains. Hugo enters the CCTV control room and begins to check the backup footage he keeps if at any time there is damage.

The man began checking six months ago and noticed his wife's behavior patterns. Hugo saw how every time he had an event to Manhattan, his house CCTV was always extinguished. Hugo didn't pay much attention because he thought everything was fine.

Apsarini eventually bought a Cooper mini car to go to the office and now the girl is in Ikea to buy some of the cabinets and equipment needed there.

"Can I get it delivered?" ask Apsarini. "I'll pay the postage."

"Of course Miss Neville. You can say your address."

Apsarini gave her address and paid for everything with a debit. The girl did prefer to pay with debit than credit cards despite having but at least for Apsarini more controlled. Moreover, his savings are many so for him he chose a debit for payment or cash.

The girl then went to the restaurant in Ikea and ordered her favorite Swedish Meatballs with mashed potatoes. Just as he was about to eat, his phone rang and Apsarini raised it.

"Yes Shane?"

"Where are you Sari?" ask Shane.

"Ikea. In Stoughton."

"Oh my far away. You wait there, let me go. Did you buy a lot of stuff?"

"Yes and they're willing to drive."

"No need for Sari. I'll take my truck and we'll bring it ourselves later. Okay? Tell them to cancel the shipment."

"But Shane... "

"It's okay..."

"Well if you insist" replied Apsarini.
