Immaculacy

Immaculacy
Fried rice and Lettuce

The sound of the alarm wakes up two pairs of eyes that still want to be closed. One of them felt the side of the nightstand and took a watch in that vintage style. Almost dawn, the tall man hugged his wife who still looked sleepy. He placed the back of his hand on the forehead of the woman he loved so much. "Alhamdulillah.

"Sleep, if you're still sleepy. Mas, you take a shower first. Later after the completion of the wake up" he said pulling a blanket cover part of his wife's body.

The woman touched his head. A small but thick towel still adheres to her.

He puts his body on the bed.

"*Alhamdulillahilladzi ahyanaa ba'dama amatana wa ilaihinusyur"

Praise be to Allah, who has revived us after we died (wake us from sleep) and to Him we are resurrected*.

He gathered all his strength, slowly he lowered his legs. Standing beside the bed briefly set the balance, then walk to pick up a towel that hangs neatly on the towel stand.

Her feet stopped in front of the bathroom door that was locked from the inside.

"Oh yeah, Dzaki's taking a shower" Mila said, hitting her head slowly

The bathroom door is open. Dzaki who saw his wife right in front of the door was shocked.

"Loh, I'm awake. Want to take a bath?, can you?, if not wait for the mas to come home from the mosque, let the mas help bathe!"

"What the hell, mas." Mila blushed, yes, the husband, hehe

"Badan Mila pegel all, hopefully finished the bath less pain. He said a morning shower was healthy!"

"Who said?"

"Said Mila dong, he" Mila grinned

"Eh..already there, later the wudhunya void, already najai tuh in the mosque, later mas miss his prayer." elak Mila, avoiding her husband who wants to hug her

"Will be able to wudhu again!" Dzaki hugged his wife gemes, kissed the top of his wife's head.

"Hm.aseeem" god.

"Mistake it yourself, you're just gonna take a shower."

A cold friday morning. The gloved man was sitting on his bed, holding the Qur'an in his right hand. While the other hand caressed his wife's head that was lying on his left thigh. Mila's new habit after living with her husband.

The melodious chant of Dzaki reading al-Kahfi letters became routine every morning on Friday.

Whoever reads al-Kahfi, so be for him the light from head to foot, and who reads the whole, so be for him the light between heaven and earth (SR Ahmed).

Mila plays her husband's fingers. Beautiful wedding. What is done to be a reward is inversely proportional to courtship, everything that is done is a sin.

"Not feeling well, yank?" Dzaki closed his mosque.

"It's a little good, Mas. Oh God!" Mila stood up taking her hijab, and ran out of the room.

"Mas, I forgot there was an ummi!" he said open the door

From waking up until he finished praying he did not come out of the room like a normal day. Usually when it's seven in the morning Mila just came down from her room to make breakfast. Clean the house and yard already there bi Lastri and mamang. Mila's part was just washing and cooking.

Half-run, Mila headed for the kitchen. Meet her in-laws. Must have been ummi in the kitchen, he thought. Where else would a woman go this early in the morning.

"Good morning ummi" said Mila hugging Ana who was in the kitchen.

"This is ummi, let Mila continue." said Mila took a knife in Ana's hand. Looking at the ingredients in the kitchen it seems like Ana wants to cook fried rice.

"Good morning, my son is healed!" said Ana, stroking the arms of her favorite daughter-in-law who seemed to have returned cheerful as usual.

"It's okay, let's just cook. Don't miss ummi's cooking?" said Ana

"Kangen dong Mi, ummi cuisine is delicious, (even though it has only tasted ummi cuisine), just like mamak cuisine." Mila's face was sad

"Loh..kok moody so his face, miss mamak huh son?" Ana guessed

"Yes, ummi. Mila misses mom, dad, bang Zain, Nando, buya, ukhti Amira, Zizi, Joko sir eh."

"Ummi time to join the buya to Medan miss not the same mbah? how do you treat the misses?" ask Mila

"Yes, just call. In the past, just can hear the sound of the symbol was very happy ummi, if now it is easier right, if you miss a video call. Look at his face."

"If you don't want ah, ummi"

"Well, how come you don't want to?"

"Later Mila cry, hehe" said Mila shy.

Like when she was at the school, she did not want to be visited by her father and mother. During his six months at the school, Arpin visited him only once. The rest is just Zain seeing it. That's because Zain is also in the same city.

"Can't do that, son, think also father and mother there, this time Mila has married, different... Mila is not a school in the pesantren. If you have a holiday schedule, you can go home. Now, as a wife we do not have a holiday schedule, after all, the distance from Medan to Malang is quite far. Call later if you have time, video call. Kasitau mamak and Mila's father here are happy, more beautiful again" said Ana at length.

"Yes,ummi. Later Mila try Video Call." replied Mila put crude crackers into hot oil.

sreeeeeng.

Pink crackers bloomed like flowers, one by one lifted and drained on a plate that had lode tissue.

"What do you want Vidio Call to wear? Let alone vidio calls, ordinary calls are no longer able,hiks..my favorite phone is gone." cried Mila in the heart.

Half an hour more cooking process, Ana helped Mila prepare breakfast. Now everything is ready. Fried rice, Omelet and beef eye eggs, shrimp crackers, and washed lettuce. Oh.yes there's a miss, hot sweet tea.

"Mila..."

"Yes, Mi" Mila turned her head, looking at Ana like she was thinking of something

"Why are there so many stocks of lettuce leaves in the refrigerator, how many days do we lose that much lettuce?"

"O..two days are also the most over, Mi"

"Well you like lettuce?"

"Yes,Mi,Mila likes.., but who likes Dzaki most!"

"Loh,kok can! Thank God that's it." said Ana happy

"When Mila ate fried rice with lettuce, mas said yes..adek kayak kambing!, trus Mila said, mas why do not like to eat vegetables?, masambangan, do not like it. Have you ever eaten yet? trus mas geleng. Funny Mi, do not know what it feels like to say not like, uh. now already know the taste, addictive. If Mila cook fried rice does not use lettuce, the word mas like there is less, Ummi." explained Mila at length.

Because of the preoccupation with chatting, they do not realize the presence of a figure that is the material of gossip. Astaghfirullah.

"Changes to be better ummi" said Dzaki sitting down to prepare for breakfast.

That morning the dining room felt different, more alive it felt, because there was ummi. Mila imagined if there were a mother and her father here too.

"Oh yes son, the woman you helped yesterday how are you?" ask Ana, remembering her daughter-in-law's story last night

"Lacking the idea, ummi. Last night Mila came home unattended. I don't have ngizinin." His eyes glanced at Dzaki

Ana looked at Dzaki fixedly. As if knowing the contents of his umminya head, Dzaki explained

"That Mila helped was Willa, Mi!"

"Winda came here that day, Ki?"

Huh... Mila surprised. It was not only her husband who knew her. Even Ummi knew him. If you can't, Dzaki didn't introduce him to Mila.

"Ummi, know?"

"Don't know the hell, but that time was playing here when Lebaran,"

"Eh... Ummi put it here!" dzaki asked, hoping that the two most precious women in his life would forget what they had just told him.

"Until tomorrow, your great-grandfather will be here by afternoon!" said Ana, buya Latif is currently in Surabaya, there is a need, travel management. Ana forced to come along, miss the child and daughter-in-law.

After breakfast, Mila was about to take her medicine in the room. Bi Lastri came, and started cleaning activities inside the house.

"Good morning bi..., aunty can say no bi?"

"If you're tired of it, aunty can, neng. But if the aunt's stomach doesn't dare, afraid wrong."

"Okay, if so after aunt's work is finished, please my massage will be yes bi. Mila Pegel's body is all." said Mila

Bi lastri saw a bruise on his employer's cheek. But I dare not ask.

At the hospital, Winda insisted on going home.

"She is okay, Mom. Let's just go home. Even more sick if I stay here," whined Winda to her husband Faruk.

"Yes already, let the mas take care of first. uh. I haven't been able to thank him."

Winda remembered the events of that time. How could she fight a thug who was twice as big as her. Hats off for the girl's courage. When is the time, he wants to see you again.
