Chapter 13 - Long Qian, And Towards the Imperial Capital

After exiting the dimensional necklace they looked around quite as sebih, so they immediately shot towards the Core Layer forest. On the way, they heard the sound of a fight not far from them so Xiao Yunyue decided to take a look. When he got there, Xiao Yunyue faintly smiled seeing Xiao Mei and her subordinates were fighting with a group of Spiritual Beasts. He simply observed them from the top of the tree while chewing on the fruit picked from the tree.

It was not long before Xiao Yunyue saw that they had already finished their fight, so that his subordinates were currently recuperating.

"Master, their cultivation increased tremendously while drinking the Holy Water bestowed from Master." Said Hu Bai.

"They had such a strong determination that I gave the Water to them!" Imbuh Xiao Yunyue while darting down to meet them.

When they saw the arrival of the Miss, they immediately saluted.

Elsewhere in a cave at the end of the Core Layer, a grimacing Green Dragon felt some aura approaching. Withstanding the pain, he walked towards the front of the cave to find out who had come to disturb him.

"Whussis...." Xiao Yunyue and his subordinates arrived at the cave.

"Humans, how dare you come to this place!" Snapped the Green Dragon while letting out his aura

"We were just curious about the aura in this place, so we came to him!" Said Xiao Yunyue coldly while staring intently at the Green Dragon.

"It's been hurt but still dare to be arrogant!" Xiao Yunyue cut the words of the Green Dragon.

"Why do you know I'm hurt!" The Green Dragon said stuttered.

Instead of answering, Xiao Yunyue instantly disappeared from where she stood and suddenly

"Dhuarr..." Xiao Yunyue unleashed an attack right on the back of it violently, so the Green Dragon fell down from the height of the sky hitting the ground.

The Green Dragon was his cultivation on par with Hu Bai and Long Jiang, but due to the deep wounds it sustained made his body unable to unleash an attack.

"It's been seriously injured but still being arrogant! Swallow this pill and absorb it!" Xiao gave the Green Dragon a single pill to restore his strength.

Fifteen minutes later, his meridians and all of his internal injuries had healed so completely that the Green Dragon slowly opened its eyes. After which he stood up and walked over to Xiao Yunyue.

" All together. And stand up, I don't like anyone kneeling in front of me!"

"None right." He said as he quickly stood up.

"good. We'll continue our journey, see you!" Said Xiao Yunyue while turning around to leave but suddenly.

"Rubby...." The Green Dragon kneeled back down while saying. " Mademoiselle, accept that I become your subordinate."

"I told you not to kneel in front of me!" Xiao Yunyue

For nearly three hours they explored the Core Layer forest, and slaughtered so many Spiritual Beasts, they returned to the cave as the day had already begun to night. As for the Crystals of the Spiritual Beasts they gathered to sell in the city, because those Crystals were no longer beneficial to them.

After arriving at the cave, Xiao Mei and Long Qian immediately prepared a dinner in aid by all of Xiao Yunyue's subordinates. While Xiao Yunyue directly entered into the necklace of his dimension to clean himself. It was not until long that all the food had been neatly arranged on the table right with the appearance of Xiao Yunyue.

"Well let's eat. For tonight, no one is training we have to rest. Tomorrow we will begin the journey to the Capital!" Firmly Xiao Yunyue to his subordinates.

"None right." Answer them in unison.

After that they ate with greed, because all day their energy was drained. Not too long later, they had already done their eating ritual so that right now Xiao Yunyue and his subordinates were having casual conversations inside the cave.

"It's time to rest. Xiao Mei, Long Qian and everything I will show you something, let's hold hands!" Xiao Yunyue said to all of his subordinates. He had already decided to bring all his people into the necklace of his dimension, so that they could rest as much as possible.
