Belle went through her pregnancy without any significant obstacles. It's just, this pregnancy makes Belle lazy.

"For what?", asked Bryan.
"For everything, you gave it all to me. My life is complete because of you" Belle replied, peeping at Bryan's lips and hugging him tightly.
"I love you sooooo much" said Belle, kissing Bryan's chest that had his shirt buttons open.
"Can we do it?" asked Belle.
"We did it yesterday.is it okay?", Bryan laughed softly.
"Huuufffttttt.I really want to make love to you" said Belle.
"You could have a contraction baby.Doctor says don't be too often right?", Bryan laughed back then rubbed Belle's stomach and kissed her.
"Let's go to sleep, it's night" Bryan said.
"Hmm", replied Belle briefly.
Bryan then pulled Belle's hand slowly and helped her up and took her to the room.

Belle's pregnancy is 6 months. Because of the twin pregnancy, then Belle's stomach looks very big.
Today Maya and Deborah will come visit him in New York. Bryan booked the entire accommodation.
Bryan wants to surprise Belle's birthday tomorrow.
"Honey..I'll be home late tonight.you don't mind, do you?", asked Bryan.
Bryan approaches her and kisses Belle's sexy lips.
"I'd be lonely if you came home too late" Belle said.
"Didn't you usually prefer books over me?", asked Bryan stroking Belle's cheek which is now chubby.
"Don't be too late" said Belle kissing Bryan's lips.
"Hmm.all right, I'll go first", Bryan kissed Belle's forehead and lips and left.
After Bryan went to the office, Belle would go straight to the mansion's library. Her passion for reading buju has become more and more since she became pregnant, because she has no other activities besides that.

Belle waited for Bryan until midnight while scrolling his phone looking for busyness.
Then Belle heard the sound of the front door opening and walked towards the door.
"SURPRISEEEE", Maya and Deborah appear to be carrying cakes filled with candles.
"Oh my God", Belle was shocked and her hands were holding on to the wooden buffet.
Bryan emerges from behind Maya and hugs Belle.
"Happy birthday baby", Bryan kisses Belle's lips.
Belle looked at Bryan's face and hugged him.
"I love you" said Belle.
"Belle's happy birthday" Maya says.
Belle releases Bryan's embrace and approaches Maya.
"Blow it up" said Deborah.
Belle blows out her candle and hugs Maya and Deborah.
