Slowly Inem opened his eyes and saw that the day was starting to light up. Inem squirms and that's when Arjun's suit covering his upper body falls into his lap. Inem then held the suit and pensive.

Realizing that the suit belongs to Arjun, Inem turns to his side and finds Arjun still asleep with his head resting on Inem's head. Inem is shocked and pulls his body away from Arjun. At that time Arjun's body fell because the support suddenly moved, causing his head to hit a chair made of hard iron and making Arjun forced to wake up from his deep sleep. After Arjun complained in pain, he sat down while holding his head which had just been touched by a bench.

After forcibly taking his suit, Arjun stood up and walked towards the entrance of the hospital room where his mother was being cared for.

"Mam, until when do you want this? Why do you always impose your will? At least appreciate how we feel, mam!" Arjun.

Seeing his two in-laws Inem was carried away. He remembered his late mother's words to love Selly and Angga like his own parents.

Slowly Inem approached Selly and held Selly's hand.

"Mommy don't say that! You must be healthy and live a long life!" Her speech.

"Why do you live long if you can't keep your will from your mother? Do you want me to feel guilty for the rest of my life? Is this how you take revenge for forcing you to live with your mother's child? And eventually mommy's gonna die with heartache and guilt?"

"No, that's not what Inem meant. Inem had absolutely no such intention. Inem is affectionate with mommy and already considers mommy her own parents. So please don't think like that. Inem doesn't want to lose his mother." Speak Inem with tears.

"You guys I consider my own family, where maybe Inem can leave mommy. Inem will always be my mother's daughter."

"Promise." And again - again Inem nodded.

"Promise you'll stay by Arjun's side and leave your girlfriend?" Selly.

Hearing Selly's words, Inem fell silent. He did not expect Selly would say what he did not want to hear let alone have to tie a promise. So is Arjun. Will this be the end of his love story with the woman he has been waiting for so long? Then will his struggle in waiting end up in vain?
