Keiina's surgery schedule has been determined, now Keiina is waiting in her treatment room while accompanied by Anhar Adelia and also Ryu as her husband.

"Pa... Keii is so scared." Keiina said to Anhar.

"It's okay baby, everything must be fine, besides your own Father-in-law will operate on you, surely your Father-in-law will do the best for you and your baby." Anhar said.

Adelia was really happy because Anhar treated Keiina gently, and was grateful that Keiina finally felt the affection of a father from her own biological father.

"You don't think like that, just think about it soon you'll meet your beautiful daughter. Papa will always wait and pray for you in front of the operating room with Mama." Anhar said softly. "Well, Ma?" Anhar asked Adelia.

"Yes Keii, Papa and Mama will be waiting for you and not going anywhere." Adelia's Sahut.

Anhar continued to rub Keiina's distended stomach affectionately, and Keiina felt the sincere affection of Anhar. Ryu understood that and Ryu did not mind at all with Keiina's spoiled attitude towards Anhar.

Until the moment Keiina will be in surgery, Anhar himself who delivered her to the door of the operating room.

Anhar kissed Keiina's forehead, "Papa is waiting for you here." Soft talk.

Keiina smiled, "Thank you, Pa." The reply.

Adelia did the same to Keiina and hugged her.

Anhar grabs Adelia into her arms as the door of the operating room closes. "Keii strong woman like you." Anhar said while kissing Adelia's temple.

Adelia just nodded and prayed in her heart for her daughter to be given the strength and safety to get through her surgery.

Ryu hugged Keiina when Keiina was given an injection by an anesthesiologist, "Mas don't stay with me, yes." Keiina.

Ryu clasped Keiina's hand, "Never ever." Ryu answered gently.

Regan begins her operation by talking to Keiina. While Ryu gently rubbed Keiina's head.

"Yes..." Call Keiina..

"Yes, Baby..."

"Why can you love me that much?" Ask Keiina.

Ryu's thumb rubbed Keiina's forehead, "Come, loving doesn't need a reason, it just flows. But I love you so much, love our daughter too." Said Ryu.

"I'm the luckiest woman." Keiina.

Ryu nodded, occasionally smirking Keiina's cheeks. "Never doubt my love, By.." Said Ryu.

The sound of the baby crying broke the tension, Regan with a wide smile full of pride lifted the tiny baby from inside Keiina's womb, "Welcome to the world Baby Raelyne." Regan said and showed a glimpse of the tiny, red and cute baby and gave it to the hospital midwife who became his assistant.

"Raelyne?" Ask Keiina.

Regan goes back to the operation, "May Papa give her a name?" Regan asked while focusing on sewing each layer of Keiina's stomach.

"That's a pretty name, Pa..." Keiina.

"Yes, and her name is as pretty as your daughter." Answer Regan.

Outside the operating room, Anhar and Adelia hug each other when they hear the sound of baby crying. "Our fourth grandchild, honey." Anhar said while kissing the top of Adelia's head.

After nearly two hours and passing the observation stage, Keiina was finally transferred to her treatment room.

Keiina cried when she met Adelia, "Mamaaa.."

Adelia clasped Keiina's hand, "It's okay baby, Keii has been great through this stage." His words are full of tenderness.

"Maa, forgive Keii." Keiina said, she remembered all the sacrifices Adelia had made in the past. "Keii can't be a good boy, can't make Mama happy."

"Who said, Keii has been very happy Mama. Don't feel that way anymore." Adelia.

Anhar approached Keiina, "Papa's daughter is great." Anhar.

"Pa.. Don't stay in Mama anymore." Keiina said, I don't know why Keiina became this kind of crybaby.

Keiina regained her composure after feeling sleepy, Anhar did not move in the slightest from Keiina's side. All of Anhar's attention poured on Keiina while in the hospital.

"Feed first." Adelia.

"Later, honey. Afraid of Keiina getting up and looking for me." Anhar.

"Mas, Keii woke up to be the one looking for her husband. Masa Masa sih." Reply Adelia.

Ryu smiled, "It's okay, Ma. I get it." Legally.

"Yes but your father-in-law hasn't eaten yet, Ry. Keii sleep, eat first." Adelia said again.

"Yes, Pa.. Papa should watch Papa's meal to stay healthy." Ryu agreed.

Anhar sighed, "Alright." Anhar then stood up and headed towards the dining table which was inside the executive room.

"Sorry, dear." Anhar.

Adelia smiled, "You really made up for your mistake with Keiina." Adelia.

Anhar nodded, "I can never make up for it." The reply. "It's nothing." Another imbibing.

The next day, Raelyne Elvina Aditya was taken into Keiina's care room. For the first time Keiina learned to breastfeed, Adelia and Ayla were so happy to feel the presence of Baby Ril.

"Will it come out?" Ask Ayla.

"Exit, Ma. Ril's a really strong bitch." Keiina said as she grimaced occasionally to feel a sip from Ril's tiny lips.

"Where's Daddy's mistress?" Ayla Goda.

Keiina's face flushed red, lucky that neither Anhar nor Regan heard it. There was only Adelia and Ryu in the room.

"Mama is yes." Ryu said slightly scowling.

"Ah you're Ry. You know, that guy, his mistress is all grown up and still strong." Ayla laughs.

Adelia laughed too.

"Ma, shame dong in front of Mama Adel talk like that." Ryu warned.

"Yes dong, Mama Adel also knows." Reply Ayla while rolling one eye on Adelia.

Adelia just smiled, she was too embarrassed to discuss the bed in front of others.

"You should fast for two years, Ry." Adelia.

"Yes, you are already overnourished, better now fast and give full rights to Ril." Sahut Ayla's.

"Ryu knows, Ma. Don't be reminded." Said Ryu.

By noon, Adelia and Ayla descend into the cafeteria for food, while Anhar still has not returned home.

Ryu drew closer to Keiina's gurney, "Baby, Ril is as beautiful as you are." Ryu.

"But his nose looks just like yours." Reply Keiina stared in amazement at the tiny baby inside her carrying.

"I still can't believe Ril was born from my womb." Keiina.

"Thank you Baby, for believing in me and for giving me this great happiness. I'll be the first love for Ril." Ryu said softly.

"I really hope so." Reply Keiina, "I want Ril to be filled with a lot of love, I don't want Ril to grow lonely."

"Ril won't be lonely, there we are as Mommy and Daddy, there is Papa My Mama as Grandpa and her GrandMa, Ada Papa Anhar and Mama Adel as her Opa Oma, there's also Kai and Audrey as Papa's Mama too." Ryu.

"And there's Kevin, Kenzo and Keysa." Keiina. "Dan Oma as his great-grandfather Oma." Reply Keiina and Keiina smiled imagining that her child would be abound with affection.
