Volume 01, Chapter 16.
In front of the gods takemikazuchi, ouka, chigusa and mikoto, Tanjiro tells the story of his beginning to become a demon killer where he trains with his teacher urokodaki sakonji and also Tanjiro tells about his sister nezuko where his sister is the reason why Tanjiro became a Devil hunter.
Tanjiro also tells the story of his good friends zenitsu and inosuke along with the hashira and also the person he respects oyakata-sama or ubuyashiki kagaya.
The god takemikazuchi and the others could only shut up and listen to Tanjiro even chigusa and mikoto were already crying while Ouka also looked sad.
Tanjiro's story finally reaches its climax where he tells of him and the demon-killing corps fighting with Kubutsuji Muzan,
Tanjiro also tells of his last memory of holding Muzan on the wall to wait for the sun to rise, but Muzan suddenly turns into a giant baby monster and tries to escape but the other demon-killing corps manage to stop him until he is burned to ashes.
After that Tanjiro began to feel his body become cold and the pain that was held before slowly disappeared and was replaced by drowsiness until his eyes darkened and finally woke up in a village near the city of Orario.
"devil..they are all monsters, especially Kibutsuji Muzan he is inexcusable" replied firmly mikoto, while chigusa nodded in agreement.
"devil, I've never heard of Tanjiro if you're serious about them" asked Ouka, though she was carried away by Tanjiro's story but she wanted to reconfirm the truth of the story told by Tanjiro.
"ohuka-dono? what do you mean kamado-dono lied" asked mikoto to ouka.
