
Chapter 15: Rendang of the Earth**
Ethan, Lina, and Roland were still at the top of the Mistral Mountains with Elemental Wisdom after finishing their training. However, this time, Ethan has a special idea to express their gratitude to their mentor.

**Substances:**

- 2 lemongrass bars\, flushing
- 4 leaves of greeting
- 4 cm galangal\, spreading
- 2 pieces of turmeric leaves (optional)
- 400 ml of thick coconut milk
- 400 ml of diluted coconut milk
- Enough salt

**Smooth Seasoning:**
- 10 pieces of red chili (adjust to the desired level of spiciness)
- 5 pieces of curly chili (adjust to the desired level of spiciness)
- 6 red onion cloves
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 4 grains of candlenut\, roast
**How to make:**
1. Heat a little cooking oil in the wok\, then saute the seasoning fine until fragrant and discolored.
2. Put the beef pieces in a skillet and stir-fry until the meat changes color and is encased in a fine seasoning.
3. Put the leaves of lime\, lemongrass\, bay leaf\, galangal\, and turmeric leaf into the pan. Stir well.
4. Pour diluted coconut milk into the pan and let it boil while occasionally stirring.
5. After boiling coconut milk\, add the thick coconut milk. Stir well.
6. Let the rendang boil with a small flame until the meat becomes tender and the seasoning seeps\, this can take about 2-3 hours. Do not forget to occasionally taste and add salt and sugar according to your taste.
7. When the meat is tender and rendang feels thick\, turn off the fire.
8. Rendang is ready to be served! You can enjoy it with white rice.
