The black-robed figure began to appear, the veil covering his face opened.A middle-aged man with a pale-grey mustache and hair that was no less pale stood before River.

River knew that figure, he was none other than Balder, the head of the dark crow agency.

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING BALDER!!!"

"what did I do ? of course. eliminate evidence."

Balder burned the file in his hand to ashes. From the look of his face is described satisfaction along with a sense of relief that is not playing.

As for River, he could not dwell, he was disappointed and felt annoyed. The file was the only way to uncover one of the organizations he was looking for.

Clumps of fire engulfed the surrounding River, Latte and Eliza. A purplish black flame burned the entire plain as well as the air around them. But soon a building appeared that protected them from the blaze. The building was only made of piles of bricks but was able to withstand the heat of Balder's black fire.

The situation looks bad, Eliza fainted, Latte has run out of mana, River is holding blood that is pouring from the wounds of the person who was previously her opponent, Mist. The wound was already too severe.there were no recovery spells inside the grimoire. He's already dead.

"Well, who is this ? your magic can withstand one of my strongest attacks"

The Tsar prepared to leave while carrying Mist's corpse.

The Tsar told Jade that he was not satisfied fighting with her. After that he left using teleportation magic while carrying the Mist corpse.

Latte explained about the agency's search for members to take the certification exam.He asked River to join his agency and help them get the license. Eliza was not silent, after seeing the hard work of Jade and Latte she felt like doing something too. She persuades her sister to join Jade and Latte's agency.

"All right, I'll join, but I have one condition."

"Huh ? condition ? you're not wrong ? I wasted my precious free energy." Jade grumbling.

"I know and I'm very grateful for that. Take it easy, Jade, my conditions won't waste your energy."

Without a second thought, Latte immediately inquired about the conditions River wanted.

"What are the conditions ?"
