15. FANNY'S SADNESS

The atmosphere is different in one of the apartments in J country where the owner is almost always just pensive and crying.

"Fanny, breakfast first." A male voice rang out along with Fanny's room door opening.

The man who was none other than Austin entered Fanny's room with a bowl of cereal.

Austin placed the bowl on Fanny's desk and approached Fanny, who was sitting on the balcony.

"Fan," call Austin by gently patting Fanny on the shoulder.

Fanny was still silent and maintained her sitting position with both legs bent and held on the chair.

Austin walked over and stopped in front of Fanny.

"Fa!" call her again with a little invite over Fanny's shoulder.

Fanny finally looked at the pair of bright brown eyes. Austin could see Fanny's puffy, puffy eyes and stares that were like people had no desire to live.

"You have breakfast first, huh? Let it not hurt" said Austin.

"I'll take it first" he continued, walking to get a cereal bowl.

"Eat myself or am I a bribe?"

"Self," said Fanny in a voice that barely appeared.

Austin nodded and handed the bowl to Fanny.

Fanny began to put small mouthfuls into her lips whereas, Austin again walked inside and returned with a small rubber.

"I tie his hair, let's not be troubled" said Austin by putting Fanny's hair together.

Fanny just kept quiet, she didn't even seem like she intended to eat her breakfast.

"Udah?" austin asked when he saw Fanny stopping her mouthful and placed her bowl on the balcony.

Fanny nodded.

Austin looked at the bowl and took it.

"I'm a bribe, it's still a lot."

Fanny refused before a look she did not want to deny was shown by Austin.

The cereal bowl was half left but, it's okay it's better than before.

Austin leaves Fanny for the kitchen to put the dirty bowl.

"Why, Kev?" austin said as he lifted his vibrating phone.

"You got a schedule for the day after tomorrow, okay?"

"I can't, temporarily can all my work you move to someone else? I have to accompany Fanny," Austin refused.

"I'll terminate the contract by paying the fine and Fanny will resign."

"Dude! What's wrong with you?" pissed Kevin off on the other end.

"I just want to focus on Fanny and if it's about Fanny I know she won't be able to get back to work before Jasmine is found."

"While, we don't know when Jasmine was found. So, instead of you retaining employees like me and Fanny, you better find another employee," he continued, then stopped the phone connection unilaterally.

Angrily Austin puts down his phone and walks back into Fanny's room.

"*Jasmine is having a photo shoot somewhere else, cake."

"...."

"I'm sick so I'm not going with him."

"...."

"Yes cake, I'll call you*."

From the outside, Austin could hear Fanny's voice communicating with someone. Austin opens the door and finds a sobbing Fanny.

"Fanny," called Austin and hurried to hug Fanny's body sitting on the edge of the bed.

"Grandfather Jasmine called a-I, Brother," said Fanny with a sigh.

"I-I told you that Jasmine again had a photo shoot."

"Sshh, yes, don't cry" said Austin gently by rubbing Fanny's back.

"I'm lying to him."

"It's okay, it's for his good too."

"When are we gonna find him?" fanny Gumam.

"You want to go for a walk?" tawar Austin is answered by Fanny.

"Come on! I forced you, so go to the bathroom immediately or I'll carry you!?" austin said with his chest back to look at Fanny's face.

Fanny who heard the threat shuddered in horror then walked limply to the bathroom.
