The Part 50 [End]
Four years later.
Nothing has changed in Kana, even after Kaila's departure four years ago. I still think about the girl.
“Kan!” kevin exclaimed to make Kana wake up from her daydream.
“Thinking what? Let's go to the room. So until we say Koas slackers.”
Koas or coass or co-assistant is a term for a young doctor who has completed his education in college.
And now, Kana is going through that time.
Kana got up from her seat and followed the steps of Kevin who had been waiting for her.
“Lo again think what the hell?” ask Kavin curiously.
Kana shook her head and stayed focused with her steps.
“Still thinking Kaila?”
Kana shakes.
Kevin sighed. “Kana, Kana, you've been four years left him, still a thought. You were told to go to Germany not want to. Now then? Even a burden of mind.”
Kana swallowed her saliva, then turned to Kevin. “According to lo? Kaila still want me yes?”

“Hpmu sounds, Kan!” wilka exclaimed to wake Kana up and grab her phone in her pocket.
Kana frowned. “Aji?"
Kana swiped the button on that screen and brought the phone closer to the ear. “Halo, Ji?”
“Kan, where are you?”
Kana frowned. Tumben once Aji asked his whereabouts. “Gue hospital. Why?”
“Gue is also again in the hospital, Kan,” said Aji across there.
“Lo hurts?” ask Kana curiously.
“Not. Not me.”
“Terus?”
“But Adinda, Kan. His condition is getting worse. The doctor has scheduled her surgery now. We do not know the operation will go as expected or not. Because the doctor said, the possibility Adinda managed to pass this operation is very small.”
“What?” Kana widens her eyes.
“Yes, you can go to this room now?”
“This room? Which hospital are you in?” kana asked confused.
“Hospital of Our Hope, Kan.”
“Jogja?” ask Kana.
“Iya.”
“Gue is also again koas in this hospital.”
“Yes, Adinda knows. That's why he asked for an operation here. He wants you there while he's operating.”

Aji smiled and hugged her best friend.

“Adinda's condition is getting worse and worse, Kan. Indeed, this is already more than the doctor predicted a few years ago.”
Kana nodded. He understood what Aji meant. “We can see Adinda until now is something we can be grateful for, Ji. Moreover, lo, lo is always on his side.”

Kana smiled, then rubbed her best friend's shoulder. “We pray huh? Hope the operation goes well?”
Kana sighed and looked at the watch in her hand. “Then I enter first huh? I'm in Adinda.” operation
“So you're in that room?” ask Aji.
Kana nodded. “Gue enter first yes,” he said and stepped away.
“Kana! Wait!” aji's yelling made Kana stop her steps and turn around.
Aji walked over and handed something to Kana.
“What is this?” kana looked at the blue envelope in her hand.
“Adinda Letters. He wants you to read this after the operation is completed,” said Aji then stepped away.
Kana stared at the envelope for a moment, then put it in her pocket.

The operating room door has been closed. All the doctors, nurses, anesthetics have gathered in this room. The patient appears unconscious after receiving the drug.
Kana swallowed her saliva with great difficulty. The patient in front of him was his own best friend. And now, he must see if his best friend will survive or even, must go for ever.
“Sorry Doctor, can we start?” one of the nurses told the doctor who led the operation this time.
The doctor nodded and looked at everyone who was here to prepare.
“Before starting, let's pray in advance for patient safety.”
Everyone nodded and prayed. Kana prayed and pleaded for the operation to go smoothly. It wants to see his best friend smile back like he used to. Before a disease hit him.
“Lo will definitely be fine, Din,” said Kana inwardly and smiled looking at the body of the unconscious girl.

Somewhere else. Aji looks so panicked. He walked back and forth and waited for news from within.
“Adinda, you should be healed. You need to heal, Din. I'm sure you can be cured.”
Aji closed her eyes and regained consciousness on the wall that witnessed her grief waiting for Adinda.
The operation was three hours ago, but until now the doctor has not been out of the room. Aji rubbed his face and continued to pray.
Before long, the door opened and showed the doctor coming out there. There, Aji also sees Kana coming out with limp steps.
“Doctor! How's doc?” shout Aji.
The doctor did not answer. Everyone is still silent. Same with Kana.
“Kana, Adinda how, Kan?” aji said in a panic.
Kana. “Operation failed."
Aji widened her eyes, then shook her head. “No way,” said Aji then sat on the floor.
Kana sighed and looked at the sky, trying to hold back her tears from falling.
Kana stepped away and walked towards the park.

The atmosphere of the park this afternoon was very quiet. In fact, the sky is dark. Right, rain will fall after this.
Kana stared at the envelope in her hand. Slowly, his hand opened the envelope and took out the white paper inside.
The next moment, Kana read the letter. The letter she wrote to herself.
“Hai, Kan!

Relax, I am happy now. I'm happy because I'm no longer sick, right.
I am happy because I can leave you and Aji in peace. I'm so happy, Kan. So don't be sad, Kan.

Not long after, Kana sighed and wiped her tears. Suddenly a belief appeared in his heart.
He looked up at the sky against the rain that was pouring down.
“Yes Allah, if Kaila is my soul mate, please return Kaila to me. But if he doesn't end with me, forget the name in my heart."
Kana took a deep breath and got up. He tried to smile even though his heart was hurting.
