"Where's doctor Mario?"

Zara called Mario's doctor because her husband collapsed. How could he not be anxious to see Aven instantly lying helplessly in front of him. Zara immediately shouted for help and was lucky to have Dion's assistant stand by in front of the house. So that he can lift his young master into the room assisted by a driver.

"Bang Aven is okay, brother. Did you eat anything you can feel nauseous?"

Aven shook her head weakly. He still felt dizzy even a little. He still felt tired and tired after removing all his stomach contents. Even when Zara gave him a glass of warm water, he felt like vomiting.

"I take a medicine for nausea and dizziness ya bang. But if this still does not work better you go to the hospital to be examined further," said Dr. Mario while handing a prescription to Dion's assistant.

Aven nodded her head slowly. After the examination, Aven lived alone with his wife, Zara.

Zara gently rubbed Aven's stomach and sat down on the side of their bed. Spreading wind oil on the wife's stomach. Aven simply nodded her head weakly without any intention to open her eyes or speak.

"We go to the doctor, okay?"

Aven shook her head. Then both of his hands hugged Zara's small waist. Aven drowned her face in Zara's stomach. Somehow the scent of his wife instantly made his stomach nausea slightly improve at this time.

Suddenly Aven raised her face. He saw the face of the wife who was bowed from the bottom. Aven feels his wife's cheeks are now a bit smutty. He gently caressed that chubby cheek. Aven began to think that his wife was full from before they were married. Though lately his wife often complains of lack of appetite. Even Aven was asked to buy fruit because Zara again wanted the food.

"Yank, you're kind of stingy well. You were previously hard to eat. And I feel weird nausea and dizziness. How come I feel there's something weird about us yank."

"What's so weird about bang?" asked Zara linking her eyebrows together hearing Aven's words. Her hand, which had been stroking her husband's hair, stopped.

"Don't you get pregnant again yank. We'll soon have a yank. You are pregnant while I feel the effects of your pregnancy yank."

Aven deliberately forced Zara to check herself into the hospital. I don't know why he feels right now that Zara is two-bodied back. Aven did not want to get to the level as before.

"Congratulations sir, your wife is pregnant. Her gestational age had only been four weeks."

The doctor congratulated Aven and Zara for turning out that Zara was pregnant again and the age of the fetus was only three weeks.

Zara still can't believe that she's been given the confidence to re-conceive. After she had a miscarriage a few months ago. Allah SWT has replaced it again. How happy and grateful Zara was because her prayers had been fulfilled.

"I-I'm pregnant bang."

Aven immediately embraced the wife by thanking Allah SWT. The husband of Zara Salsabila closed his eyes while muttering Alhamdulillah in every breath. Eventually he will become a father and it is a dream that he has been hoping to come true.

"Dear, thank God, God has finally entrusted us back to parenthood. I am sure that both of our parents will be excited to hear this good news. I love you yank. I promise I'll take good care of you. I promise yank."

Zara nodded her head in response to her husband's words. He was also so happy that he was now able to keep God's trust back for him. God's plan no one knows. Often we are given a test first so that we can feel happiness after passing the test.

The temptation will come to anyone. But they never came without a reason. And there are always good things that can be obtained from an ordeal that comes and goes. God will not be wrong in giving tests. If you can't, he won't give it to you. So stay grateful and be patient when you meet with problems. God is training you to become stronger. For people who are always patient and sincere, they will get more happiness. Such is the case with Aven and Zara. Patience and sincerity both lead them into goodness and peace of heart both.
