Kiss Me
Raining

That afternoon the rain again fell on the earth, the sky was so dark. Anwa's mind has gone far, how did she go home, what's up? whereas if it rains like this the word "flood" will fill his mind.

"Wa, you're not coming home? it's already half six," Mother Ema who is a senior secretary as well as her superior is already preparing to go home.

"It's still raining outside, ma'am, but soon I'll be down,"

"We're not in the same direction, if I'm in the direction of you coming home,"

"Father ma'am, I'll wait until it rains" he answered and tidied up his desk, put his cell phone in, and some stationery and notebook into his bag.

"I first ya Wa, meet later Monday," said Mother Ema waved her hand at Anwa.

After cleaning everything up and in case there was enough of nothing left, the girl walked to the elevator, down to the lobby and in the lobby there were many people who were still waiting for the rain to stop.

Time shows at half-seven o'clock in the evening almost an hour Anwa waiting there, after he thought he would not go home if it stopped raining, waiting for the rain, finally Anwa decided to run out of the building and stop under the pedestrian bridge right in front of her office, hoping that when she stood there the metromini that brought her home would stop.

Half her clothes were wet, her flatshoes had entered the water, Anwa clutched her bag in front of her chest, her curly hair was not rusty, half wet. One more hand carrying a white plastic containing Japanese cuisine, out of nowhere the food always comes at every lunch time, if it doesn't end the rest is always taken home by Anwa for dinner, he thought.

...ΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩ...

Arkana who coincidentally passed in front of Papa Fajar's office, inadvertently his eyes were focused on the figure of a curly-haired girl clutching a bag on her chest with one more hand carrying white plastic. Feeling she knew the girl, Arkana stopped her car, right in front of the girl.

The car horn he rang a few times, then opened the window, hoping the girl he was calling heard, but the reality was that Anwa was still looking down on her wet shoes.

"Anna... Anwa.." twice Arkana called him but there was no response from Anwa.

The car horn was again rung long by Arkana, then Anwa gasped in surprise.

"Anna,"

"Eh, yes,"

"Good," he said in a rather loud voice to be heard by his interlocutor.

"What?"

"Good. I'm anter home, the test is coming back,"

"No sir, I'm looking forward to metromini, too,"

"Udah hunted, stuck here" Arkana gave the code to her hand for Anwa to enter immediately, "snap,"

Inevitably disliked Anwa decided to get into the car of her Boss son.

"Lo wants to get home at what time wait angkot ujan-gini,"

Anwa was still holding her bag, the cold air from the AC in the car made her feel cold not to mention that the clothes she was wearing were half wet.

"Cold yeah," Arkana raises the room temperature in the car, "where do you live?"

"Pal Batu Pak, this red light is straight on,"

"Didn't you, try still there just won't be back lo, until the house at 12 o'clock mallem, want?"

Anwa just smiled, the car stopped at a red light. Arkana observed the body of the girl who started to shiver in the cold.

"This cake," the man took off the light brown jeans jacket giving it to Anwa.

"No, sir, no papa, no,"

"Pake, you're so cold," thrust the jacket at Anwa.

Anwa wore it even with force, the condition of the car AC even though it was raised the temperature was still cold.

"Thank you Sir,"

"Don't call me Father, I'm not your boss, anyways my old impression," Arkana smiled a glance at the girl who was also smiling.

"My name is Arkana" he said, again sticking his hand at Anwa, "Arkana Son of Dawn,"

Anwa nodded, welcoming the man's hand. The atmosphere in the car that seemed awkward and only accompanied by the strains of songs owned by Marron five, the two humans in it cool with their respective minds.

"Pancoran Statue continues only Mr. uh Bang eh..." Anwa mistakenly called the name of her superior's son.

"Call Ar, I'm called Ar by the people closest to me,"

Uh nearest? but we are not close yet, met only twice, Anwa muttered in her heart with a little smile on the corner of her lips.

"I mean, let's just not feel awkward,"

"Alright," Anwa replied turning her head back with a smile.

"What bag is that?" glancing at the plastic in Anwa's lap.

Arkana nodded her head in a nod, refocusing on the hectic road ahead.

"After Hotel Sahid to the left, Ar," Anwa reminded.

"OK,"

The car turned left into a densely populated village.

"Lo kost? what's your own house?"

"I happen to be boarding,"

"Not the original Jakarta dong?"

"No,"

"Oh.. not far away boarding here work in the Sunday Market area,"

"Sir,"

"There is no intention of finding somewhere else,"

"Gak.. stopped on Ar's right," pointed it at an alley.

"It's still raining,"

"Grandfather, I can run, not far away.it's the two-story boarding building, my boarding house,"

"Gue park first, I'm anter lo,"

"No Ar, no papa,"

"This nine-and-a-half year old Wa, you drive into that alley raining,"

Arkana pulls her car over in an empty shophouse, slightly jutting in. Twisted his body looking for something under the back seat.

"Wait, I'll open the door" Arkana opened the door and the umbrella she took under the seat.

"Come," he said as he opened Anwa's door, "here," close his body to Anwa trying to protect a body that seemed tiny if coupled with his towering body.

Tilting under umbrellas and raining heavily, they walked down a small alley that only fit three people through.

"This is Ar" they stopped at the building's gate.

"OK,"

"Thank you, yes" said Anwa giving back her sweet smile.

"Look it off,"

"Oh yeah, the jacket?"

"Pake it first" Anwa nodded.

"Thank you, yeah,"

"So I said,"

"Oh yes" they both smiled.

"Yes, get in there" Arkana like giving a word to someone who seems to have spent a lot of time with him.

Stare at the girl's back, climb the stairs and stop in a room. Anwa turned her body and waved her hand.

Arkana returned down the small alley, then smiled again, considering Anwa's face would often make her smile.

Funny too, her hair feels like I want to use it she said in her heart and then smiled broadly.
