The night was getting late, Dika's family had returned home. Only Asmira remained in her opanya house.
"Mommy misses Mira." Jasmine tightly cupped the little body of her daughter.
"Mommy really wants to go with dad tomorrow?"
"Mommy's ticklish." Jasmine was unceasingly peeping her son's white cheeks.
"Dear, do you like it?"
"Like mommy, finally I can walk with mommy and dad. Later we buy ice cream, said mommy's father used to like eating strawberry ice cream.
Asmira returns her mother's kiss.
"Alright, so now Mira sleeps first, okay."
"But mommy promised me first, tomorrow we'll have fun with dad."
Jasmine knitted Asmira's finger. "Mommy, promise."
"Yeyy." Asmira cheers happily.
"Okay baby, you still like chocolate milk?"
"Still Mommy, I miss mommy's chocolate milk, too."
"Alright, mommy will make it for you. Just a minute."
Jasmine walked towards the kitchen, where Kamto was sitting and looking at Jasmine carefully.
"Can we talk?" Ask Kamto.
"After Asmira sleeps."
Jasmine refocused on making two glasses of milk chocolate for her and Asmira.
He walked to ignore his father who was still sitting relaxed while sipping black coffee.
Arriving in the room, Jasmine handed him a glass of chocolate milk and told Asmira to go to bed.
It didn't take long, Asmira had already flown into dreamland. Jasmine kissed her daughter. Now there's just one more problem he has to face. Kamto Jayantaka's!
"What's up, huh?"
"Don't miss you, hmm?"
"Huft, I miss you for sure." Jasmine hugged Kamto like a little girl hugging a Teddy bear.
"Dad knows, I miss this house. I was scared when I came back and brought my story. You can't take me anymore." His eyes were full of water that was ready to flow slowly.
"If you just want to cry, you better go again. And be happy." Kamto pulled his body.
"Dad...,"
Jasmine quickly wiped her tears.
"Dad...,"
"You sure you're happy with that jerk who's been impregnating you?"
"Bryan's name!"
"Dare to yell at me?"
"No." Jasmine bowed.
"Sorry."
"Tell me what you've been doing for a year with him?"
"Dad you sure you wouldn't hang?"
"Hurry up and tell me so you can make a decision quickly."
Jasmine nodded, cheerfully telling her about her days of the year with Bryan, the husband she longed for.
"All right, I'll decide in two days. Have fun with your daughter and your ex-husband tomorrow. Remember Jasmine! No lies!"
"Hahaha, I think I'm going with Dika again." Jasmine chuckled, "My husband is younger, more powerful."
Kamto laughed at his daughter's story. Right as Raka said, That bastard healed my daughter's old wounds. But the new wound looks like it's going to be wider.
*
Kamto's rooster crowed loudly, the cluruk jock woke up anyone in the morning who had not yet seen a sunburner infiltrating through the window.
"Mom, wake up mom."
Jasmine squirmed, only five hours later she was closed her body was gently shaken by her daughter.
"Wake up mom, later the recipe is in the chicken patok Opa."
"Mom...," Asmira continued to shake Jasmine's shoulder.
Jasmine wriggled, her eyes beginning to twitch.
"Hm.., um...,"
"We need to get ready to go with dad, Mom."
"What time, Mir?"
"Fifth of a mom."
"It's too early to be ready for Mira."
"But I've come, Mom."
"What!"
Lack of work Dika 5 am already nongol. I have to make peace for my son.
"Well, that's exactly what mommy and Mama Manda talked about last night. Do you remember?"
"Good, meet dad to wait a minute."
Asmira cheerfully exited the room and met Dika in the living room. While Jasmine painstakingly invited her body to rush a bath and make breakfast.
All are still asleep in their respective rooms, until they do not realize the arrival of Dika who has been memorized by the key of the Jayantaka house.
"Dad, mommy's taking a bath." Asmira sat next to Dika.
"Hm..., so where are you going today with mommy?"
"Where is Dad going to take us?"
"It's still too early to go to Mira's mall. What if we go to the park."
"Boring father, in the garden there are only plants and flowers."
"But mommy likes plants."
Asmira seemed to think for a moment in the style of a seven-year-old boy.
"Okay, mommy's done taking a shower. Mom..," Asmira waved her hand.
Jasmine walked over.
"Where do you want to go?"
Jasmine flicked her shoulders.
"But baby, mommy's getting ready to keep us having breakfast."
"Dad, we're having breakfast together."
"Yes, Mira." Dika could not help looking at Jasmine who returned to the room.
After thirty minutes, the three of them were already on the streets of the city. Jasmine forced Asmira to sit next to Dika.
While Asmira chose to sit in the back with a doll giving Uncle Bry.
Awkwardness really happened, until Jasmine chose to continue sleeping ignoring Dika who occasionally looked at her.
Arriving at the city park, Jasmine is still asleep and Asmira is following in her mother's footsteps. Both women were asleep.
Is this their version of the streets. Just sit in the car and fall asleep. Oh, my God, he hasn't changed.
But Dika was more pleased, he could stare and touch Jasmine's face without rejection.
Linger in the parking lot of the city park makes Dika think, there is one other thing that has always been the desire of Jasmine so far. He smiled and rushed to the gas pedal through the city. Every now and then his car stopped filling up with gasoline and bought various snacks for his son and ex-wife.
During the journey to either, Jasmine and Asmira were still asleep.
The road began to be quiet as vehicles passed, there was only one main road and many trees typical of mountains and valleys. Dika continued to stick the gas pedal until his car stopped right in front of the white sand beach that stretched wide and beautiful.
Dika patted Jasmine's cheek. Jasmine wriggled and clasped Dika's hand, "Bryan...,"
Jasmine placed Dika's hand on her cheek. "Bryan.., uh....,"
He is happy but he knows himself. "Wake up, there's no Bryan here."
Jasmine flinched, she shook Dika's hand quickly. "Sorry."
"Forget it, let's get down. Take Mira too."
Jasmine stroked her cheeks, "It should feel different."
Jasmine's eyes were sharpened when she found the waves and blue sea.
"Don't you go to the city park, why go to the beach?" Ask Jasmine astonished.
"You both slept for more than two hours. Can't remember?"
"Right, I guess it's only five minutes." Jasmine got down from the car, she opened the back door and woke Asmira up.
"Wake up baby, let's have some fun. We're on the beach." Whisper Jasmine. His daughter woke up shocked.
"Beach mom?"
"Yes, open your eyes, baby."
Those pure eyes opened, Dika looked at her daughter in surprise. "You're gonna have fun or just sleep in the car."
"Dad, I was too enthusiastic from last night. So I wake up at 4 in the morning." Clearly in a tense tone.
"Sleep, you must be tired. Let Asmira be with me." Jasmine pulls Asmira out of the car.
The light of the morning sun really warms the body, the murmur of the waves and the wind while chasing each other.
Jasmine and Asmira sat on the white sand. They were busy with snacks in their hands and mouths both.
"Mom, so we're staying here? Not going to Dad's hotel and mall?"
"Mommy doesn't know Mira, just ask me."
Asmira stood up, cleaning her pants filled with beach sand. He walked up to Dika who was sitting while sipping a cigarette in his hand.
"Daddy shut it!"
"Hmm, what's wrong? Is it over?" Dika turned off his cigarette.
"So we don't go to the mall and stay at the hotel, Dad?"
Dika gave a rough sigh, it was impossible if they stayed at the hotel. What else the public has known so far Dika is divorced and married again.
"We just stayed here last night, tomorrow we just play in the mall. Agreed?"
Asmira replied to her father's "Have Five" clap. Asmira agrees to spend time by the beach with Mommy and her father. The warmth that he had longed for this year.
