The southern region of Hokkaido was devastated, after Yoran learned that 10 of her confidants stationed in the southern city center were gone.

It was found on CCTV footage outside of the white shadows that entered the building, before they disappeared without a trace.

Yoran, Arakorn and Belucci are meeting over the disappearance of 10 of their southern spies to spy on Rob, Night Blue and UniverseRuler.

"Yoran, the south is no longer safe for us. Do we have an open war with the new ruler?" belucci's proposal is furious.

Yoran propped up her chin on the link of her hand, "Open war will only ruin all our business. Moreover, we cannot measure the power of the ruler of the UniverseRuler. Rob's the weakest of us, easy to beat."

"Send only the assassins from the Dark Realm, Hostages, and Qirinmonk. As always do a closed war and measure the extent of the power of the new ruler" Arakorn said.

"Oh, so they want to have a closed war with me. Alright, I will serve them very happily," Inner Ryuga grinned from behind his mask.

Ryuga flicked a finger, "Psycho Warp!" Gladys understands and creates a warp portal and from the inside out Zaka and Zaki are wearing the same cyborg masks that Ryuga and Gladys wear.

Then open the Mask Of Universe and take out Yamato. Making them gulp and tremble his body, "Goodbye, Judgment Cut End!"

"Ryu-" Before they continued with her words with widened eyes. Their heads were all detached from her body and Ryuga sucked their heads into the space watch including Hikari's head.

The bodies of the 20 mutant soldiers were burned to the ground by the white flames Ryuga threw.

"Mutant forces said. Just an ant is called a mutant army, I better go there. Good thing Zaki and Zaka have marked the building, Trickster!"

Ryuga's body flickered and arrived above the Tower of Houten House, the Eastern Hokkaido region. Then he entered the door and ran quickly down the stairs to the meeting room where the three members of Signas were titled.

Ryuga suddenly appears in the middle of the table and surprises Yoran, Arakorn and Belucci.

"Hello, gentlemen!" Ryuga bowed respectfully with his right hand crossed to his left chest.

Yoran, Arakorn and Belucci frowned and released their emperor aura towards Ryuga which could only make Ryuga laugh out loud.

"Ha-ha-ha .. Since you can comfort me well, then I will give you a gift." Ryuga takes out 20 mutant army heads including Hikari's head, stacking them on the table. Then continued, "Just take this greeting from our Four White Shadow!"
