The Word Worked

The Word took a deep breath, before exhaling slowly. This is a happiness for a Word. Where he could finally get back to work today. During this time the Word used illicit money to finance his family's life. Maybe by working in others, Firman can get halal money. The Word will no longer have much trouble.

The Word came much earlier than the other officers. He waited in front of the restaurant that was still locked so tightly. Firman did not want to disappoint his superiors, so he had to come earlier than other employees. It was done by the Word to be much more professional in terms of work.

The Word seemed so impatient to start it all. It will be an amazing day for him. He'll work at all. The restaurant he used to work at. So this will be a separate memory for the Word. Moreover, the Word will work with some of the same coworkers, while the Word is still working.

Maybe some new workers are coming. But there are not too many of the old workers who have been working together with the Word. He was so happy with what was, that the Word could not wait to begin his first work today.

Word that has been so enthusiastic, seen several times peeking at the condition of the restaurant from the window. Firman also began to recall the moment when he worked at the restaurant. Maybe it was a long time ago, but he remembered the moment quite well. Until the Word felt that moment would be the most beautiful moment in his life. There are joys and sorrows that the Word experiences during work. So that sorrow and love it in remember the Word so well.

Finally the person who was waiting for the Word to open the door of the restaurant came. He is Thoriq. He used to know a diligent officer. It would not be wrong if at that time the boss trusted Thoriq to hold the key to the restaurant. Because Thoriq always comes the morningest from other employees.

Thoriq was so happy with the presence of Word in the restaurant. The Word is not a proud man, let alone a proud man. He is known as a humble figure who knows himself. No wonder he earned the nickname Mr. Humble. Because the attitude of the Word is humble and has consistency in doing good, making himself a person who is always liked.

I can't wait to get into the restaurant. This will be a historic moment for the Word. For the Word will set foot in the restaurant again. He'll change his clothes back in the locker. It's much more effective than anything. Because there is always a story that can be painted in the locker. Where the narrow room is often used by many employees to change their clothes and a little joking to greet each other.

This is the moment that the Word misses the most in his life. The Word will not forget everything. Until the Word feels that memory will be the most extraordinary memory that certainly means in the life of the Word.

Thoriq had invited Firman to chat about the activities of the Word after leaving the restaurant. Of course there are many stories that are missed by the Word as long as they do not work anymore in the restaurant. That's what Thoriq knows from the Word.

Thoriq embraces the shoulder of the Word, he says if he will always support the Word. Thoriq believes the Word can rise from the bad past in his life. Until the Word will always be able to believe back in the abilities that are in his possession today. Thoriq can only pray for good for the Word. For only prayer can Thoriq give to the Word for now. There is nothing more, than prayer and support that Thoriq will give to the Word.

There is also an employee who looks not so fond of the figure of the Word. He did not warmly welcome the Word like other employees. Until the Word looks uncomfortable with the gaze given by the employee. Especially the cynical gaze that the officer gave to the Word.

Of course Firman did not want to continue to let the clerk look at himself with a cynical look. He immediately put his hand to get acquainted. But the employee named Niko was ignoring the Word. He refused to be acquainted with the Word. He prefers to go from the Word. Because he wants to immediately prepare preparations to make various sauces that will be made in the kitchen.

Firman was a little saddened by Niko's seemingly indifferent attitude towards him. Though the Word seems so eager to get acquainted with Niko. But Niko ignored the Word. Until there is a bit of sadness felt by the Word will be cold attitude that Niko showed to him. Firman hopes Niko will change in the coming day to him. Because they are in one area. It is a kitchen area owned by everyone.

See what the Word did to Niko. Thoriq had rebuked Niko who ignored the Word so coldly. Though the Word invites Niko to get acquainted so warmly. But Niko's cold attitude becomes a big question mark for the Word. There is something wrong with the Word on Niko, so Niko is reluctant to get acquainted with the Word. They just met today. But Niko's attitude to the Word as if they have met long enough, and the Word is the one who ever did the action that made Niko hurt.

"Ko, why are you cold like that to the Word?" ask Thoriq firmly.

"No! I'm not cold, but I don't want to get acquainted with him." replied Niko casually.

"Word will be part of this team. So you should be able to welcome him well. Not like that." insisted Thoriq.

Niko did not care about the words of Thoriq. He still refused to be acquainted with the Word. Moreover, Niko has the status of one of the current superiors. So that Niko's ego is still quite high in such a thing. Maybe that also makes Niko reluctant to get acquainted with the Word. While Firman still feels bad with the cold attitude of Niko.

But Firman still showed a warm attitude to Niko. Although Niko is not very good at accepting herself in that new place. Niko still feels that Word will be a thorn in the team. The Word also led there. It is possible that Niko's position is in danger with the coming of the Word in that place.

Things Niko shouldn't have thought about. Because everyone who is there should be able to work hand in hand in creating a mutually supportive work climate. Not the other way around, instead dropping each other to look good. Things that should be avoided by everyone in every work environment. Everyone has to work for the team. It is not for personal gain that will destroy the team itself. Things that should be avoided by everyone who is in a new team.

The Word wants to teach everyone how to best create a much more conducive working climate that will bring good change to every team. Not just one person to look amazing. But it also creates a beautiful and comfortable working climate for everything.

Word will not force Niko to like her. But Firman hopes Niko will be much more mature in building a team. Because Niko must be able to collaborate with other parties in creating a climate that is much more conducive. Until Niko can be sure that the action taken by him is a mistake that will potentially be the destruction of the existing team. Niko should be aware of this immediately.
