Chapter 11: Day One and the Witch
Principal: “...3 years into the future will pass quickly, but we hope to see the results of your efforts.”
The headmaster finished his rambling speech.
All the newcomers were gathered into one large lecture hall and held an entrance ceremony.80% of the students there were female, so Igni's motivation grew exponentially. He thanked his grandfather in his heart many times.
Yoori: “The speech of the headmaster is long, right?”
Alicia: "Wherever you go it stays the same."
Yoori and Alicia shared their impressions of the ceremony.
Igni: (Old? Did ya? There was not enough time to remember all their faces.).
Of course, Igni was talking about memorizing all the faces of the girl. Men are out of his sight.
And as a side note, Yoori hovers outside Igni's safe zone, and then tricks Igni and sometimes creeps past the safe line.

Alicia: "Let's go to class."
Alicia woke up suddenly.
Yoori got up as well as the other students.
It seemed like once the entrance ceremony was over, everyone moved into their own classes.
Igni: “Alright, let's go. That's Class D, right?”
Yoori: “Ya, right, but... where is the classroom? I'm not used to the layout here. ”
Alicia: “Oh, me too. I hope we meet someone who knows where it is. ”
Igni: “I know. Just follow me.”
Yoori: “What?! Really?!"
Alicia: "You just remember where the classroom is?"

Following these rules, in order to become good friends with the girls at the Entrance Ceremony, Igni toured the campus before the Entrance Ceremony and remembered all the important buildings and locations of the classes…..!

Alicia: "Oh yeah, Igni, do you remember the First Year Rep?"
Igni: “Ya, there's no way I forgot.”
As we walked down the hallway, Alicia whispered to Igni.
At the Entrance Ceremony, there was a speech from the First Year Rep and this was someone Alicia and Igni knew.
Yoori: “....eh... yes…? What kind of person is he again?”
Yoori tilted her head to the side as she tried to remember.
Alicia: “Yoori may be at a different Entrance Exam location than us. The First Year Representative is actually the same location as us. That's why we remember it.”

On the podium, he stood proudly with the sword at his waist.
Alicia: “He's a Witch... Swordsman, right? He must be a very extraordinary person.”
Igni: “I want to know if he is the type of person who tries hard or just has a lot of talent.”

Edward - Men who call themselves boku. If it is difficult to understand how strange the Japanese feel when they see a teenage boy calling themselves a "boku", it was almost the same as when someone called themselves a third person. This is confusing because there is a social stigma for a teenage boy to call himself a child. Masculinity is subtle but highly emphasized for Japanese boys and most will release the pronoun "boku" as soon as possible. Using it can seem weak because the right boys use boku. Rough boys use "o-re" ( ⁇ ).
