58. It turns out to be the Demon God.

The villagers stood with blank eyes, motionless even their chests did not look up and down to breathe, completely already resembling undead. The black-robed person was standing in the middle, sucking out their life energy and collecting it on a small ball of energy.

Yuan was hiding in a tree watching what the black-robed man was doing, but he still had not made an attack because he believed there was still something behind the black-robed man.

The goal is to follow him and find his base, who knows there's something big.

Sure enough after taking the life energy, the cloaked man stepped his feet away. With the movement as smooth as possible, Yuan followed closely behind.

The robed man reached an old well covered by a wooden cover, but apparently when he got there the robed man realized that Yuan was following him. He turned to snatch a lightning whip that somehow since when it was in his hand, fortunately Yuan quickly dodged so that the whip only made damage on the ground.

Ctabs... Ctabs...

The lightning whip moved around as if it was ready to hit him.

Yuan went forward swinging his fist, but it was successfully avoided, apparently the robed person also had a high level of knowledge. Attack after attack Yuan let out, already making the cloaked person injured in the hand and in the chest.

"Who are you really?" ask Yuan.

But the question was not answered, the man rose into the air making more and more lightning in his whip. He swung it towards Yuan quickly, although it had already made a defense but Yuan remained hit back a few steps.

The robed man prepared to swing his whip back, but Yuan would not let him win. Yuan rose into the air taking out his sword, making a shadow from him that instantly shot out as fast as light beheading the cloaked person.

His head and body were now separated just like that, leaving behind a lightning whip that would have already lost its sting.

Yuan widened his legs closer, so within a few steps he could only feel a black aura enveloping him.

"This black energy is so powerful just like the box in Qiu Yue's room, actually who is behind all this?"

What now attracted Yuan's attention was the old well, the robed man was headed here and the only suspicious object here was just an old well. He slowly opened the wooden cover, which appeared not to be water but darkness. I don't know why the well is very dark and shrouded in black energy, but with the opening of the wood was closed it should be light because of the sunlight.

"It's very dark, not even the edges are visible." monologue.

"My energy feels drained here," Yuan noticed the surroundings.

There was indeed a black energy enveloping, but it looked different from the black energy that was in the cloaked person earlier. This energy did not seem obvious but felt so concentrated and sharp, as it slowly drained his energy.

"This energy—"

The sentence was hanging, Yuan realized that this black energy was extremely condensed. If it was just a sect of black flow adherents then it would be impossible to create this kind of energy, even more so an energy that could absorb this kind of other energy.

"Where is this energy coming from? If from the source...." Yuan seemed to be thinking hard. "Devil god!"

Only a demon god could create this kind of energy, the source of the black power was from a demon god.

"His spirit one of these demon gods was on the Jianling continent, and Qiu Yue was already allied with the demon god. If he becomes emperor then everything will be ruined."

Yuan went back up again, for the time being he could not face the demon god. He did not know what demon god was there, nor did he yet fuse energy with the zhenxin sword.

As long as his energy had not fused he could not use that sword to its fullest yet to kill the demon god, whereas to fuse his energy Yuan still needed to rise several more levels.
